After performing the umrah, we checked out from Intercontinental Dar Al Tawhid and plan to stay in Jeddah for 1 night before flying back to our home country. I didn't expect finding a suitable hotel in Jeddah would be so overwhelming with abundance of choices. After narrowing down the lists; Laten Suites came out on top because of the price, early check in and late check out +/- location. The first instance i knew i made the right choice is when my request for early check in and late check out online were entertained immediately and beyond. The place was difficult to find as the signboard was small and located on the side of the building. The landmark was easy as it actually directly infront of the Saco World - Aya Mall. We were upgraded to 2 bedroom suite, which was clean, neat and tidy. The air conditioned were quite powerful that we need to turn off temporarily. There was a tiny kitchenette for cooking. My wife asked for some eggs and the bell boy kindly went out to the mall and purchased the eggs for us and refuse to accept our payment. We ask for mineral water and they gave us a plastic bag full of mineral water bottles. Whenever we asked for something, they were quick to respond and gave beyond their means. Although the bathroom is not 5* or 7* (we stayed at Mandarin Palace Abu Dhabi and Atlantis to name a few), but it is the most satisfying feeling showering. Infront of the hotel is Aya Mall, where a large bin dawood store is located. Very convenient. We plan to check out at 4 pm as our flight is at 7:50 pm. Aminul asked us to take back the keys and relax in the room until later as it was still early. We refused as don't want to further delay. The barista kindly prepared us a cup of delicious latte while waiting in the lobby. My wife wanted to tip him but he politely decline.

Perfect location. We were entertained with cold drink as soon we arrived the reception. The suite rooms were perfectly clean, organized and decorated with rose petals. It was so fantastic though I stayed for only 1 day. There also good restaurants nearby on the same line of hotel buildings.

To make clear the board of the name of the hotel because it difficult for us to locate it. It was difficult for us to walk up to the opposite malls because of rush of cars as the location is on the main road. You have to take a taxi. And most taxi drivers are very rude and charging high transport fee.

Coming to Laten Suites I’ve experienced my first time in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The hospitality has been amazing as Mr Amina and Mr Ehab who work at the institution treated me with kindness, respect, and overall great care. Whenever I addressed problems, questions or requests, they never failed to act promptly and effectively. They managed to make my experience in this country truly special and create an extremely welcome and positive atmosphere. The rooms are very comfortable as they are spacious and contain everything one could need. The location is very good as well, everything that I needed in Jeddah was close and online taxi services usually arrive within a minute or two after ordering. The lobby offers great coffee and snacks and near the hotel there are several very affordable restaurants offering tasty local as well as foreign cuisine. In conclusion I cannot stress how valuable of an experience staying at Laten Suites was and I’d recommend it to anyone staying in Jeddah whether it is for work or leisure.

Each time when I was even in slight doubt of the service it managed to positively surprise me with a high level of quality responsiveness.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. It is in a very good location opposite Aya Mall and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff is great, friendly and welcoming. They welcomed us with juice, kunafa, and coffee. The suite is very spacious and value for money but the internet is sometimes slow. It is good for accomodating families. I recommend you to book this hotel whether you are staying for a short time waiting for your flight because it is 10 minutes from Jaddah International Airport or for longer stay discovering Jeddah. Big thumb up to the receptionist Amin who is very helpful and kind.

The Internet sometimes is slow if it was sorted out, no complain would be.

The property has wonderful facilities especially the suite room which they provided had all the facilities and we really enjoyed our stay here. It felt like home and especially the generosity of staff Ehab and Aminul were really helpful. Great hospitality and it’s not like conventional hotel but a better stay option. Lastly, a complimentary Turkish coffee by Ehab really made the trip worth it 😊

Maybe after sometime, if they replace the carpets in corridor and rooms, this will give more appealing look. Over the time, the carpets start to odour.

We had an amazing experience at Laten Suites! From the moment we arrived, the staff were helpful and welcoming, even allowing us an early check-in, which made a big difference in our comfort. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home, treating us to traditional Saudi coffee with dates and offered some delicious Kunafa. The apartment was spacious, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The AC worked perfectly, which was a huge relief in the hot weather. Overall, I highly recommend Laten Suites for their outstanding hospitality, flexibility, and comfortable accommodations!

Customer service, smiles, warm welcome, excellent customer service. Very family friendly. If it wasn't for them we would have forgotten to take our buggy the morning we had our flight. We left it in our room as we were getting into the taxi the staff grabbed it and quickly gave it to us. Superb customer service. We had the pleasure of having 2 coffees and kunafa from the hotel as a complimentary gesture. Thank you so much

1.Traffic noise in our room on the main street side was horrible due to poor sound insulation (but it became practically imperceptible when we move to another room on the opposite side) 2. Bathroom without partition between shower and toilet 3. Narrow underground parking making maneuvering difficult and risky, especially for medium to large cars
