The room was very clean and cosy. The staff on the reception was extremely nice. I really appreciated the free drop-off to the airport at 4 am, because I had an early flight. The location is quite close to the airport (like 15 minutes by car/taxi), so this hotel is perfect if you have a transit flight or whatever. Highly recommended (also for solo female traveler)

We stayed at this hotel due to our odd flight timings, we stayed only one night. The location was perfect as it is just 13 minutes drive away from the Airport so it was fit for our purpose of Visit. The location was also about 15 minutes drive away from Corniche which is good place to visit if you are visiting Jeddah. If I stay again in Jeddah, I will stay here. Special thanks to Fazal the guy at receiption who giuded us properly about Taxi's and about locations which we can visit in our one night stay at the hotel.

I did not have the opportunity to try the breakfast, so I am unable to comment on that aspect. However, the location was excellent, situated directly on the main road, which provided convenient access. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and I greatly appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to the airport.

We arrived at 1 am from a stopover at the airport. They were very welcoming and we had such a good rest. The room was very nice and clean.

The receptionist told us at night that we could get their airport transfer in the morning, but when we showed up at 10 am they said it was not available. However, the man called a Grab for us and paid for it, so overall the staff were so nice! And everybody makes mistakes :)

[This specially for room 603, I visted it before and the room was better] The bathroom was small, there is small space to stand in while you open the door from in side, the showering water is not contained in the shower area. However, it was clean. No blackout curtains. You have to ask for room service. I stayed 3 nights with no room service. [Note: I didn't tell the reception about these points, they could have changed the room]

Hotel have a good chef who makes tasty dishes as per the menu though they have limited options. Overall hotel staff attitudes and approaches are appreciable.

No buffet for breakfast, there is only three type of combo for breakfast. For lunch there is only limited items. There is no nearby cafe, restaurants or shopping outlets to roam around.

Absolutely love it! Conveniently situated opposite the Jedda International Airport! Especially for those of us who have an early morning flight. Price affordable and reasonable! -Rooms are immaculately well-kept. -All Staff ( from management to housekeeping) are polite and professional - they treat everyone with the same respect regardless of colour, race, religion, or nationality. (Because of the professional ambience, I’m hopeful that this hotel will be strong going-concern / sustainable for many more years. In sha Allah ) -Food - tasty and nutritious and presented very well. - Trustworthy Advertising - what you see on Booking.com is what you get! Highly recommended for business, Leisure, family, and solo travelers!

1] When I booked it, the rate was 162 SAR. But when I got to the hotel they took 190 SAR. When I checked my account, it said my card was declined. I realize now this was deliberate to gets guests to pay more. The guy behind the desk told me several guests have complained about this. You would think they would stop operating like this but no... 2] Toilet seat was lose and kept moving

The cooperation from the reception personnel for quick check in and free date when I made my Arabic coffee and he gave me some dates for free this was at early night in the morning the other person works in early morning when I asked him to give me 100 SR for taxi he help me by giving me the 100 and took it from my card so I really thank them very much.

Nothing but if you provide a refrigerator that has money with draw in the reception with water and cold drinks will nice because no supermarket nearby.
