The staff were all amazing and exceptionally pleasant and very professional, especially the Bengali staff in the Lobby and Housekeeping, they were always very helpful and had excellent customer service skills. The rooms were also a very good size, this is very useful when you have children or one person is unwell and so need that isolation space. The Housekeeping were very fast and very thorough, they made the room look like new everyday. They had a small snack shop downstairs which had a good range of items. The rooms also had an iron and ironing board which was great. There are also a great range of shops downstairs next door, and further up is a roundabout with additional places to eat.

1. Front desk needs a bell / ringer because often the staff are sat in the back office and out of sight, so hard to get their attention. 2. The breakfast does not look anything like the picture on the flyer advertising breakfast - I even confirmed it with the front desk but when I came down the next day it was very disappointing. It is a low price (17.50) so I appreciate that point, but would prefer an honest true picture on the paper. 3. This hotel is located next to a busy main road so it is very noisy because the windows are not double glazed and the window seals are not tight. Making the windows close more tightly would be helpful.

I booked for my family (3 adults and 3 children) who landed after a long 6 hour flight in the evening and needed a place to rest and go to Medina the next day. they confirmed to me that it is really close to the airport and that the children loved it, so I recommend it to those looking for a place with all the comforts and above all ideal for a family with children, this is the right place! all the staff are kind and helpful, the apartment was huge, clean, with soft and comfortable beds. The children loved Mohamed Nobin very much, who served them breakfast in the morning and knew exactly what they wanted, he is a good person who meets the needs of the older ones to the little ones.

I and my family were impressed by the treatment given to us by one of your staff wearing blue uniform, starting from welcoming us the first day till the last day that we left there.... Your facility is on top-notch and i have already started recommending it for any of friends coming to jeddah..

The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, making a very comfortable stay . What truly set this hotel apart was the staff; they were not only friendly but extremely helpful as well, especially staff Nobin . Every interaction was a delight. While some guests mentioned the breakfast options were limited, I found them adequate considering the very reasonable price of the hotel, which offers good value for money overall.

Great stay. Good value. Relatively close to the airport. Not a crowded area. Late check-in and super early check-out was very helpful and staff were accommodating.

For those who are planning to take PTE, this hotel is a good choice and convenient. Walking distance to the Alharbi Building (PTE location) The rooms are very clean and spacious. Location is perfect for airport drops / pick up and just a night stop if you’re looking for a weekend break . Beds are really comfortable and the staff are really helpful. A 2 bed apartment was really convenient to stay with friends before our flight out of Jeddah. The room was quiet as well which made our rest there amazing 🤩

Nothing it was great

Hotel is next to haribi complex where I appeared for my Pearson vue exam. Location of hotel, very very nice, excellent staff, highly cooperative staff. Yes, small kitchen inside the room provided with induction, coffee, microwave....Overall rating 10/10.

The two-room option was excellent, with separate attached baths. The rooms were super clean and spacious with the lounge and sitting sofas everywhere. The family had a great time with peace of mind.

I think the cost is a little higher, and can be adjusted, especially for a multi-day visit.
