Although not too many things which I didn't like but here are few of them: Although hotel was tidy but the carpets had quite large marks of stains. This doesn't mean that carpets were dirty, they were clean but there were very visible marks of stains. Tap of washbasin in bathroom was broken Although lifts were fast but they were small I asked for an extra mattress from staff but they said that they do not have it. Usually hotels provide extra mattress with pillow and blanket upon request, but this hotel probably didn't had one. Anyways, not a serious issue at all

We did not have an adapter, and we needed to charge our phones. The man who seemed like a bellhop was so kind as to share his. Some people are amazingly generous here.

I asked for a courtesy wake-up call, and the woman at the front desk was rude and said, "We don't do that." Most, if not all, hotels I have stayed do wake-up calls, so I assumed, but the tone I received was uncalled for. On another occasion, when we first checked in, we said thank you, but there was no response; the women stared or glared. This only happened in this hotel and not in the rest of Jeddah. People were usually friendly and hospitable to us.

The room and bathroom was clean. The room had a lovely smelling fragrance.

A cold welcome by reception staff. Lack of essentials in the bathroom e.g. toilet paper, soap, shampoo and shower gel. These are basic essentials one would expect in any hotel especially, after a long haul flight. Poor lighting in the room, difficult when you have visual deficiency. Breakfast was of very poor quality and lacked basic items e.g. cold milk, cereal (only corn flakes available), very limited offerings. I would have been better of booking room only and going out for breakfast.

The room was spacious, the location is close to the airport and has good facilities near by.

The carpet in the room isn’t new nor is it clean, it has many stains which makes the room look dirty even though the bed and everything else was clean. I suggest that the carpets get changed and the room walls get painted so that it adds a fresh and cozy look to the room. Other than that, we were given a room that had a common door with another room, and the neighbours were very loud so it was pretty noisy when trying to sleep.

I had a very relaxing stay at this hotel after a tiring journey while waiting for my next flight. The receptionist was extremely kind and hospitable. The room was spacious, and the bed was unexpectedly comfortable. The cleanliness was at a very good level. The price was very competitive. I highly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance to visit Jeddah in the future, God willing.

I liked the staff they are very welcoming and very helpful, specially the front desk reception staff and the Hotel manager was ever so friendly and accommodating your needs. I had enjoyable time and stay.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. Everything exceeded my expectations and beyond. I would definitely comeback to stay in the same room if there are availability soon.

After reading some opinions we thought it might be a very average hotel but... Our room was Very clean, the ladies at the reception desk were very helpful and kind, nothing to complain about. The only thing that we considered average was breakfast. There could be some more choices but we can understand that maybe the hotel that day didn't have many guests.

Everything was excellent room and bed massive so much space comfortable bed. Shower is lovely very nice.

The staff reception kept on demanding payment when I was coming from a 24 hr flight just wanting to sleep we agreed I will pay at check out but staff were sent upstairs knocking on my door when I'm dying to sleep. The staff need to work on their hospitality felt really uncomfortable unwelcoming.

We arrived at about 11.30 and they were rushing to prepare the room for us without any fuss. The shower in my room was broken, and they replaced it also without many questions. It's value for money and it is close to the airport. Uber is also easy to get.

The carpet in the hallway has some stains as other mention, since it is a bright color. Might consider a different color or go without carpet.
