Nice location. Clean room. Nice upgraded bathroom. Good buffet breakfast.

They said partial ocean view. From the room window, most of the view was parking lot and buildings. However, when you look close towards your right and say " ohhhh is that ocean" and then you say may be.. let me look close..then you are oh yeah thats ocean. So yes its partial ocean view but very small view. Major view is parking lot and buildings.

By far the biggest asset of this property was its staff. Incredibly friendly, genuinely helpful and accommodating and always willing to deliver a great customer experience (they really take their work seriously and they seem proud of their work place). Their managers are really lucky to have such staff, I hope they see this review and act accordingly. Also the location (despite being tucked behind the Jeddah F1 track facilities) has quick access to the Corniche Promenada, a really pleasant seaside walk area.

The biggest let down of my stay was the wi-fi, very poor signal coverage in the room, gym or pool area. The staff was informed and I am sure they acted on it but someone else needs to step up here. Additionally, the gym area is not very big, more than 2-3 people will make the place feel crowded.

The suite was suitable for me and my daughters with one queen bedroom and living room. It comfort and clean also welcomed us with small basket of fruits and Arabian coffee with dish of dates. for the breakfast it is in the ground floor with providing delicious different kind of ( eggs , foul, bread, cheese ...etc) with full options of coffee and tea

1. The room was nice and huge 2. The complimentary water was handy 3. The breakfast had good options to pick from 4. The cucumber-apple-lemon water was genious. Really good! 5. Their staff was very helpful in providing us a very early breakfast at 5am before living to our day trip

1. The water tap in the bathroom was a bit ruined. It should be changed. 2. There was a strange damp smell in the shower 3. Due to the car circuit near it, you can't cross directly to the corniche 4. A bit too expensive in terms of price

Such a pleasant stay! Staff were amazing from the valet parking all the way to check out the next day, the rooms very spacious and very clean the breakfast was full of local and international options we loved it we were 3 guests and we asked the team at the reception for late check out with a big smile they said "DONT WORRY WE GOT YOU SIR" ask for Lama, Abdullah, Ahmad or Rawan on the reception and you will be in a very safe hands, oh before i forget they gave me a partial see view room which was stunning if i was not here for work i would not have left the room!

Very clean hotel. Staff were outstanding and they offered me an upgrade to higher spec room which I very much appreciated. My kids loved the room and view.

Although they provided us complimentary breakfast which was great and I am appreciative to the staff but by book people have to pay for children breakfast in addition is not great where booking.com says breakfast included for the guest in the price. I saw the same in another hotel in Saudi Arabia which is not good. I never had to do this in any hotels I visited in different countries.

Location was excellent. We got a suite and it was perfect for our family. Extra beds for girls were super helpful. We all really enjoyed.

We booked a car to drop us to Makkah from the services at the hotel. They promised a price after discussing the route. The driver probably didn't understand the directions and was taking us the wrong route. When we corrected him he raised the price and we ended up paying more.

Great rooms, Great food, good staff.

I booked the hotel because it's close to the beach. I thought my family and I could go for a walk in the evening by the beach. However because of construction, the beach is cut off, and we could only go by car. If you want beach access, this is not your hotel. They should remove the word corniche out of the name
