Fantastic. The apartment was really nice. The experience in the pool was good. The gym was alright but could be better. The morning breakfast was fantastic. Excellent choice in cuisine. Infact, I extended my stay by 2 days. I will definitely come back here. BRAMS !!!! Well done. The manager, I think the Egyptian, I can't remember his name but he is fantastic with the clients. Bram suites, well done. I was impressed.

I was impressed with almost everything bram suites had to offer. The gym needs better equipment that's all. Every other service was excellent.

A very good hotel, the staff is helpful and the service is excellent, they upgraded my room for free ,the rooms are spacious and clean, the internet is strong and fast, parking spaces are available outside and inside the hotel on the basement floor, the breakfast buffet is good and varied.

1- Some noise from the AC , already reported & the management promised to repair 2- There was only one towel in the bathroom, I requested one more as we are 2 , but the night shift reception staff told that they only provide one towel !!!!!!

The check-in was awesome. The man at the counter spoke good English and immediately guessed my name that they were expecting me. Less than a minute we were checked in. We entered our apartment and surprisingly, they offered us extra beddings and bottled water without asking. Mehn, the staffs are great! The rooms were cozy. The breakfast was sumptuous!. It was free for my large family. Thanks Bram Suites!!! Wi-Fi was pretty fast. We had lovely stay.

Hmmm. Let me think......yeah, the TVs didn't have Youtube or Netflix access and we couldn't connect our laptop to the TV as they were mounted on the wall. We actually took HDMI cord along if we could do this. The air-condition is central. So, it's all-or-non usage. I mean, you either put it on or put it off if anyone complains of cold. You can't select usage for different rooms.

The location is great. The place was clean and comfortable. Parking was reasonable. The staff were very helpful, kind and responsive. Any required support, such as iron, washing machine, towels etc., were immediately provided. Room was spacious and washroom was clean and tidy with warm water and accessories. The kids play area was quite nice, which was a differentiator for our stay. Breakfast was also decent.

The play area needs maintenance as some rides were not working properly. The swimming pool should have heating system.

The best place to relax with a very very cooperative staff : starting from the seniors Mr. Jalal , Mr. Ahmed to the bell boys. Words are not enough to describe their hospitality and care. Yummy breakfast Relaxing quiet rooms Bathroom amenities Amazing and clean playroom Gym Billiard room Lobby Very relaxing clean warm pools for kids as well as adults. My 2 year old loved the depth of the babies' pool which was to her waist. Over all , one of the best places in Jeddah and I strongly suggest not to miss it I tried for a night and went on extending my stays!

Good nice and clean

Staff weren’t too good. Asked for the bell boy to collect luggage from the room no one turned up. Had carry it down myself. The access for the luggage wasn’t good it was steep and one of my bags fell and broke ☹️

The breakfast was really good, however, desserts were not served in the buffet. They had many different varieties of breakfast items and coffee was freshly brewed. The location of the hotel is good.

The hotel needs to work on providing better amenities, for a family of 4 only one bath towel was provided. The safety box wasn't working and the buttons to call for house keeping and 'DND' were not working in the room.

The price. Based on the location it should be reasonable especially if some one wants to stay longer than 3 days.

The hotel is nice and clean. Location is great near my work and many restaurants are nearby. The staff were very helpful and kind. The accepted our early check in and provided upgrade for free. They are very thoughtful and supportive.
