My stay at WA Hotel Jeddah was truly outstanding. The room exceeded expectations — elegant, spacious, and immaculately maintained. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade, which made the experience even more special. The hospitality throughout my stay was exceptional. A special thank you to Ms. Shouq at reception for her warm and professional welcome. I would also like to commend the Hotel Manager, Hotel Manager Mr. Muhammad B, F&B Manager Mr. Charaf, as well as the lounge team, Mr. Muhammad Alsalah and Mr. Anwar, for their attentive service. My gratitude also goes to Mr. Basim, Sales Manager, for his excellent support. The breakfast buffet is truly a highlight — a culinary delight that is nothing short of heavenly. With a wide variety of options, each dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It was a fantastic dining experience that set the perfect tone for the day. mr.Karm as team of f&b and ms kia WA Hotel Jeddah is a place where every detail is carefully considered, and guests are treated with genuine care and respect. It is the perfect combination of comfort, elegance, and world-class service.

In my opinion, the room is spacious. The hotel is tranquil. The pool is fantastic. The food is satisfying. They were gracious when I asked to stay until 2pm and extended the checkout until 3pm.

What I don't like is that when we arrived at the hotel, nobody assisted us. We tried to approach the receptionist and he tried to call on his phone, but we waited there until we were one who removed the bag from the car to the trolley. The shower is leaking and spilling onto the outside floor. In addition, my daughter did not explore the play area because it was closed.

I had a great experience . The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. Especially Talaat .. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and how well-maintained the property was. The location was perfect — close to everything, yet peaceful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay

The breakfast was very good. Variety of food. Overall the stay was very good. Nevertheleas the google location of this hotel was not accurate. My uber brings me to the wrong place. However, the staff that we called give the uber driver the correct location. Will definitely book this hotel again.

Normally the hotel in Saudi will give a welcoming arabic coffee and dates. We did not get it when we arrive in the lobby. Miss this cultural tradition of Arabic hospitality.

This hotel was exceptional. Right from the door to the room service and counter. I would give them 6 stars if I could . The hotel itself, interior to exterior, is just phenomenal. For the price, it is unmatched.

Check out was a bit of a issue as I had to leave around 4 am and no one was at the deck. So I just told the worker and left the key card on the table. They also weren't able to arrange a taxi for me the night before when j requested for 4 am. But at the time when I was leaving the workers around and offered me a taxi... Which was a nice gesture.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and modern. The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. The location was perfect ، close to many attractions and restaurants. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and had a great city view. I also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and the excellent room service.

one of my rooms has Jacuzzi the water goes cold quickly. but if you go downstairs you can ask the guy in there to put the heating on for the pool and jacuzzi.

I had an excellent experience with the team at the hotel, especially Maha Alqarni, Ammar Alamry, and Raied Alzahrani, who were in the lobby doing their best to help me fix a mistake with my online booking. Although I originally booked a 4-star hotel, the service I received made me feel like I was staying at a 5-star. Thank you to everyone for the outstanding assistance! I’ll definitely be booking here again.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel design is beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. The bed was very spacious and comfortable.

Sometimes they would forget to send our water, toilet paper or someone to take the luggage down so we had to ask multiple times. Also it seemed like our room was a smoking room but we are nonsmokers and too tired to realise when we checked in.
