The service was good, and the reception was very attentive. The apartment styles were welcoming and convenient for our group size, and the accommodation was close to many restaurants. They had complimentary water, tea, and coffee that was refilled on request. They offer cleaning on request. It was close to the airport at Haramain Train Station. Other attractions can easily be reached using Bolt, especially Cenomi Park Aziziya Mall, which is about 15 minutes by Bolt.

It would have been great if they provided some cleaning equipment like brooms, something to remove water from the bathroom, dish washing soap mainly since we stayed for 4 nights. Also the utensils were not sufficient for the number of occupants stated there were not enough cups, plates, or cooking pots.

Most friendly and helpful receptionists and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them, especially Mr Naivaa, Mr Fasial and Mr Assafa whose made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. They accommodated all our needs during our stays.I thank them for all their help and efforts to make our stays enjoyable and wonderful. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean. The apartment itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, restaurants, transport, Mosque and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment in this hotel which had 2 toilets. I was very much stocked to learn that 4 of us needed to share 2 towels and 1 toilet tissue paper roll per toilet per day; within the first 30 minutes of our check into the hotel. My kids were suffering from food poisoning. No one could understand English at this place. One Bangladeshi housekeeper who speaks the same language as I do, he who refused to provide. After a lot of discussions with 3 members of staff for around 30-40 minutes and having a translator involved, I was lucky to get superior to meet me. I was extremely happy to meet him as he resolved all my issues and took great care of me during my stay.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. There are parking space on site and by the street. The washing machine isn't always in the apartment. If you need it and it is absent, try to ask one(kind of Arabic style: they will move a washing machine to the apartment if you need it(also they have one available) and the apartment has enough space). Also another Arabic style: the hotel reservation seems to mean notice instead of confirmation. So it is better to inform the hotel the time of arrival.

The traffic in Jeddah is terrible(even worse than Riyadh). And most people drive in kamikaze way. So spare more time if you want to travel to seafront and Al-Balad. The hotel is far from there.

It is very affordable and the staff were very decent and well behaved it was super clean I honestly felt the home, I should definitely recommend this location for any visitors

The water was coming out of the washroom when we were taking a shower there was nothing to stop the water from coming out we asked for an extra mat or something to stop the water but apparently they didn't have anything for that

It was clean and tidy. The facilities were exceptional and it was functional.

When you have a shower all the bathroom becomes wet. there was nothing to clean the water up for example a mop.

The location from booking is not accurate we got lost in the way but thankfully we found the exact location. The staff were nice. We complained about our first room because it smelled like cigarettes and we had trouble sleeping but thankfully they offered us another room.

I like the smell of the room..and the lobby too. so clean, well maintain. I was given an upgraded room from booking.com and it was so good to upgrade to one bed room, with the less price. The bed was so comfy everything about this hotel is EXCELLENT!

the soundproof. we can hear the neighbor’s room while they are talking, and we can hear while the cleaner was vacuuming the carpet in the hallway. the location a bit far from the city, but there is no issue because I have my own car. there is no parking lot. but over all it was amazing to stay in this hotel.

Value for money. Neat and clean. Friendly staff. All payment methods accepted. Coffe and tea shop is available inside the hotel.

Water was very hot during daytime. Unable to locate the address of this hotel in google maps in englihs lanugage only arabic name is working.

The hotel is very well located in terms of restaurants and if you want to proceed your way to Makkah or Madinah as it will avoid the city's traffic. the staff was really friendly and helped us move our bags to the room. the apartment was quite big with generous rooms and kitchen and bath facilities. Good wifi and comfortable beds with AC. Will totally recommend.
