The hotel has a good vibes. Modern interiors, very clean, good location, and very nice and helpful staff.

The room has no soundproofing so you can hear even the slightest sound from the hallway area. I had to ask the front desk to change my room as i will definitely couldn’t sleep with those noises and i have an upcoming 2 day exam on those days. The reception was very kind of helping me and gave me the quietest room area they have. Thank you to the receptionists and the staff! Not much resto around the area..

Staff was very helpful, bedding and storage was adequate. There was an opening in to the ceiling where they removed a cover for the aircon and it could be a safety compliance issue. Bathroom and towels not big enough

No adequate food or drinks, spend the money and improve the condition and services. Bathroom was not well planned. to small, and no way for water to not get everywhere causes slipping hazards, better quality toiletries

The hotel staff including the manager are very welcoming. We have great place stayed, feel like home, main roads are alongwith, nearby to granada mall and nakheel mall. Hotel service are really extra ordinary. Also, if plan to visit boulevard and wonder garden, it is highly recommended cause faraway from traffic and easy to get back to hotel.

The facility was clean and the room was quiet and comfortable. There number of alternative places that one may need to buy coffee or food.

Breakfast can be better. They may consider to add some alternatives. They may also consider to place a chair for those who may require to study during their trip.

Cleanliness is very good. From the lobby to the corridors and especially inside the rooms. There was no hassle from the check in till the check out time. The staffs were very helpfull and corteous. It was an overall comfortable stay at the unit.

They can improve their parking spaces and provide shelters for cars. They can also improve their rooftop deck to be more accomodating to the guests.

Room are so hot because they installed split air con in closed hidden inside decoration which prevent the air con not to blow cold air that cause sensor not working proprly
