The staff was extremely friendly. I greatly appreciated their kindness during my first visit to Riyadh. I also loved how they provided free Saudi dates! It was exciting trying them for the first time! Also, the food they provided was AMAZING.

I loved absolutely everything. If anything, I wish that the perfume shop that's on the first floor of the building was open; but that isn't the hotel's fault at all. I had an excellent time though. There is truly nothing that I would change.

The service from staff was exceptional. From the time when I reached out to them (one day before check-in) the response time was good. Communication was clear. Special mention to Shatha in reservations team who dealt with my flight delay and amended the booking as requested. Another special mention to Saud at Reception who understood my issue and was quick to resolve it. I will come back for people like Shatha and Saud who understand how to treat guests properly.

Excellent hotel for a comfortable and quiet stay. The location is excellent because it is located on the airport road, so you can reach many places easily and conveniently. Special greetings to Mr Faisal and Mr Turk at the reception, and also to Mr. Alaa, the manager of Madareem Restaurant in the evening, for the excellent service and brotherly spirit. The rooms are clean and spacious and have all the required amenities

I really liked the staff especially the receptionists they are social and polite, Saud in particular told me where I could rent a car and the tourist attractions I really like him and Rahama too she's a lovely person she gave me a copy of the holy QURAN translation. Rahama and Saud for sure makes Madareem hotel a better place.

The kitchen and restaurant staff, they need to learn English, communicating with them is hard as they can only speak Arabic.

Super friendly staff, nice atmosphere, Saudi coffee at the entrance. The room had good quality furniture and was super clean.

The summing pool was only for men, and at least the gym was with schedules (women from 6:30-9 am, then rest for men). The pool had a very limited schedule (9-5), but given the heat during those ours, it was not convenient to use it. The hotel should try to extend the timing and also consider putting schedules to allow women as well. The facilities are not friendly for remote working, since all tables and chairs are made for relax sitting. However, the staff were very kind and provided a desk chair to my room, so I could do it from there.

Breakfast was buffet style with a large selection of warm dishes, bread, yoghurt, fruits. Eggs in all kinds of styles are made on order. Plenty of choice and all fresh. Large swimmingpool area with a restaurant serving lunch and diner in buffet style. Again with a large selection of local and international dishes incl dessert buffet.

Can't really name anything that was nog ok about the hotel, staff or location.

Pleasant stay in this hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. Excellent comfort and services, excellent cleanliness. Good food and breakfast, friendliness and availability of the staff to the guests' needs. Advised

deposit pay required in Advance for room checkout for any damage, really strange. breakfast with paper and plastic cups instead of ceramic cups for consuming milk, tea, juice and coffee, an unacceptable choice for this category of hotel. it's not even an environmental choice given the pollution caused by plastic.

The rooms, staff and.hotel very very nice, clean and felt lavish while also homely. One of my favorite stays in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia

We had buffet dinner one night that was very under par. Half of the dishes were empty and there was no waiting staff doing anything so couldn't get and soft drinks. We were then charged 105SAR per person for this which I was gob smaked at. It very poor.

I had an excellent stay at the Madareem Hotel on my latest business trip to Riyadh. The room was spacious and equipped with everything for a comfortable trip. The entire staff was extremely accommodating and attentive throughout my stay. I want to single out Modhi at reception, she was able to check me in early and provided a great welcome experience.

The hotel staff have been excellent and welcoming during my stay. They have been friendly and very responsive to any of my needs. The standout employees who have made my experience positive are Saud, Mohamed, Modhi Al Harbi, and Raneem Al Harbi. They have consistently provided prompt and helpful service. The room is clean, and this hotel deserves a 5-star rating
