Iris Boutique Granada was welcoming and quiet. My room was very comfortable, clean and spacious and the staff were kind and responded quickly to my requests. I also liked that the hotel is very near (easy walk) some nice restaurants and places to get coffee and pastries.

It would be nice for the complimentary water to be provided in glass instead of plastic bottles to be more eco-friendly and for an airport pickup to be available at all times.

The new Granada Metro station is across the street. This was our first stay at Iris boutique hotel and to be honest we only had 6 hours before we had to go back to the airport.We appreciated the front desk was ready to help us at 1:30 in the morning. It was comfortable and on a quiet street (until construction nearby resumed in the morning). We plan to stay here in the future to take advantage of the metro from the Riyadh airport. The journey is scheduled to be 30-35 minutes from station to station.

Room very confortable, bathroom large, very quite. Good position from and to the airport and to reach the exbibition centre. It is very near the Granada mall.

Breakfast is poor, should be improved, not up to the expèctation of the hotel

This was my third stay at the hotel, and it continues to impress me. The staff is exceptionally welcoming and accommodating, making you feel at home right away. The breakfast is delicious with a variety of options, and the rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable. I also appreciated their flexibility in catering to my requests, which made the experience even better.

I had a pleasant stay at Iris Boutique Granada last week! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was good, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I particularly enjoyed the comfy bed and the quiet atmosphere. The hotel's location was also very convenient, close to Hilton Convention Center and Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Iris Boutique Granada to anyone visiting Riyadh.

Very clean, hygiene, organised. Great service from the staff, particularly Rimon was kind and helpful. I have never experienced such a organised room, everything was in right place, whatever I used to mis in other hotels, I got it here. For example a comb, mouthwash, glasses were wrapped in plastic. Fully equipped room: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, tooth brush and paste, tea, coffee, coffee mate, iron machine and many more. Will definitely visit again.

Great location, very reasonable price and lovely accommodating helpful staff. This was my second stay at this hotel and I will stay there again.

There is ongoing construction 24/7 next to the hotel at the moment, but this is not the fault of the hotel nor can they do anything about it. Just to be aware - bring ear plugs!

Breakfast buffet had an average value and variety. I tried to once but avoided it for the following day. View from room window was blocked by a building at few meters away.

I liked how kind and professional the personnel at the reception was. Our flight arrived late at night, past the time we have announced them, but they were kind enough to wait for us and accommodate our stay. The rooms were large, clean and well equipped. The breakfast was decent and served up until 10:00 am. Thank you for your service!

Would be great to collaborate with a more professional taxi company for the hotel guests.

Very friendly staff, always helpful, willing to help. Room clean, well equipped, easy to start the morning with a coffee in my room :-) Wifi of good quality.

The room had no view, I would ask next time to book a room with a better view.
