Honestly, this place makes you feel as if you’re at home if not better. I extend my sincere thanks to the respected Mr. Jihad for his outstanding efforts and excellent management. Thanks to the hotel management for their warm hospitality. Thanks to each and every staff member—I truly wish I had known about this hotel earlier. Our stay at this property was nothing short of amazing, and a big part of that was thanks to Muntazir at the reception. From the very beginning, his friendly smile, professional attitude, and eagerness to assist made us feel like VIP guests. He went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was perfect, from answering our questions to giving us great recommendations. Muntazir truly embodies exceptional hospitality. We enjoyed our stay so much that, despite being on a tight schedule, we decided to extend our trip by an extra day just to soak in the incredible jacuzzi. It was such a relaxing experience that we couldn't resist staying longer! We also want to give a special mention to Rajeev, the bellboy, who was always so courteous and attentive, handling our luggage with care and ensuring our comfort. Jahir from housekeeping deserves applause for maintaining our room impeccably and adding those thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. This property has an outstanding team, with Muntazir being a true gem. We can’t wait to return for another unforgettable stay!

MERAL CROWN has a fantastic location in Riyadh, with beautiful and peaceful surroundings and exceptional staff. The hotel's receptionist and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. My check-out time was extended with the help of Muntaiser/ Alqhtani as I had a late night flight. The hotel excelled in every area, including its exceptional dining room service. The meal was tasty and provided excellent bang for the buck, with attentive and efficient service. The room was equipped with all essential amenities and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I am excited to come back for a longer visit in the future.

There is nothing to complain about.

The price was reasonable. The decoration of the place was amazing. It seems it was an outstanding hotel, then it became old. There is ATM machine inside the place. The room was speciaous. I love it. People were kind. There is a huge lobby.

The pillow were poor. Also, the linen was not that great. The furnitature seems to be old, but not that bad.

The reception staff, especially Mr Mohammed was excellent. Very professional, polite and welcoming staff

The lift was faulty, and so my mother was stuck in it, which scared her a lot. Hotel maintenance needs some improvement. The windows are not very soundproof, so from the suite we stayed in, you can hear the street and rail track very loud as though the window was open.

The stuff was very cooperatives. Especially the night shift, even they wake-up me early morning for pray as I requested. Very good 👍breakfast🍳☕🍞

Beginning the room was not comfortable, but they clean it and worked hard 💪😄👌 It became as new Thanks 🌹

We booked the Queen apartment and it was amazing : very clean, specious , amazing big bed , nice sofa with TV and complimentary coffee tea and water! Jacuzzi was great and big for two people ! The frond desk Mr Gehad was so nice to me: helped with check in , breakfasts to our room , late check out and even printed our boarding cards , wish there are more rooks like him , thank you! definitely recommended and see you next time in Riyadh

The hotel was very pleasant, met my standards for cleanliness. The room was very nice. The staff we very polite, Mr Gehad the receptionist was exceptionally polite and helpful.

My only feedback would be that the gym needs a serious upgrade.

Very helpful staff . .. Lost my wallet in cab while being dropped in hotel .. But the staff of hotel at around 2.00 am helped us so much .. very grateful to the staff .. driver of the cab returned to the hotel to hand over the wallet in such time of night ..

They should have more light in the room and living rooms tv remote never works batteries very old bathroom stink they need to be work on that's I love the people who or work on the front desk they want to do anything to make welcome at home very nice I will love to go back there close to Everthings shops Resturant airport mall etc
