The hotel is clean cozy and quiet, the suite was really big enough although i was alone but i felt home, one bedroom apartment with small kitchenette, it was really convenient, also the breakfast was decent and enough variety. Over all it was very good hotel and definitely will come back

The parking area was not secured enough, although, the parking was private area to the hotel but it was open and not gated so for me as motorcycle owner it was big concern for me to park my motorcycle in the street especially there is no security person or measures to access the parking anyone can access it, so me that was the only concern

I recently stayed with my family at Golden Ship Hotel and was impressed with several aspects of my experience. The location of the hotel is exceptional, providing convenient access to key attractions. The value for money is another highlight worth mentioning. The breakfast buffet was a delightful experience each morning. The room's cleanliness met almost all my expectations, with only minor areas that could benefit from a little more attention. I encountered a minor issue with my booking, but thanks to the receptionist, Rawan, it was resolved promptly and efficiently. Rawan's helpfulness and kindness were truly appreciated and contributed greatly to the overall positive experience at the hotel.

We stayed in the Family suite. The second bathroom did not have a shower, so we requested for another room and Ms Rawan at reception kindly showed us 2 more options. The bellman was very helpful too. The new room we shifted to even had a balcony in the master room so that was awesome. We (2ladies) prayed fajr in the balcony with the morning breeze; it was great! Even saw the sunrise. [ Previous room had no balcony but good garden view. ] The hotel has a Musalla( prayer area) indoors. Bonus points for that! My husband prayed in congregation there with other men. The lobby is beautiful. Designed like a cruise ship interior. Plenty of plush sofas for sitting and chatting with visitors if you have any. Breakfast buffet staff were courteous. Dining area was spacious, serene and not noisy. We enjoyed the meal in peace. Breakfast salad and fruit spread was good. Pastries and Hot main dishes were not bad, but could be much better. Only thing- No Orange juice, and coffee machine’s Karak tea option was not working. We asked for late check-out and were allowed till 2pm. Ms Hissah at check-out was sweet and polite.

Very good location close to a mall. The hotel staff is very kind and willing to help anytime. Rooms are very well furnished and very comfortable. Excellent value for money. Stayed there 2 times already. Food was excellent, at breakfast and dinner time.

I'm missing a real business center area where you can easily print documents and work in a quiet area. Current BC is in the lobby.

There are big size units for group or family with proper price. When I have more chance to stay in Riyadh, I will select this hotel again.

When I arrived before the check-in time, there was nothing system for ealry arrived guests. I wish there is required the early check-in system. Because some visitors can not control the arrival time from another country or location.

My room was very beautiful , comfortable and immaculate! It was very quiet and the fridge was well stocked. Breakfast and the lunch buffet was superb with loads of variety. Lunch was delicious. The staff were so helpful and made me feel so welcome! I was sad to leave!

Bedroom was quite spacious with an attached lounge. Bed was quite comfortable. Air conditioning was great. Over all a very comfortable stay. A good choice for business travellers. Would definitely book again.

A bit of dusting wouldn't do any harm. There is a room for improvement in breakfast menu. Though the current menu is also good but can improve a lot with some more variety.
