Location is good, facilities was good

Food need to be improved, when getting up my leg always get hurt cause of bed edge.. mattress size is small than cot size

The hotel is situated at the heart of the city with malls and a lot of shops nearby. In fact, following tourist spots were only 2-3km away: 1. Calicut Beach 2. Regional Science Museum and planetarium, Calicut 3. Mananchira Square & lake 4. Sarovaram Biopark 5. Gokulam Galleria mall The staff, hospitality and cleanliness, everything was excellent. They offer good breakfast options at 'Bella's Morning Bites'.

Hotel Stay Bella doesn't have any on-premise restaurant, that was the only thing I found missing.

Very much accessible in the heart of calicut. Value for Money Peaceful stay

The hot water and normal water taps are far apart on two sides of the bathroom in the room where i stayed. There is no mini refrigerator available in case you want to store some food or beverage The rooms are not sound proof and it gets noisy if someone gets talking outside

Perfect location, center of town hence just 5 to 10min to the main places around. Clean and Fresh Room, Linens and Towels. There was a bit of confusion in the no:of people for whom i had booked, my booking and confirmation was for 2 Adult and 2 Children of 9Y and 16Y but the booking that the hotel recieved was only for 2 Adults. But then when I showed my confirmation details they accepted it and we had a wonderful stay.

The room was clean and comfortable.

One afternoon I decided to take the stairs instead of the lift. Halfway down I found the door was locked. This is the fire exit and locking the door here is dangerous and stupid. I reported it to the staff, they seemed unconcerned and said they would talk to the manager. They also showed me a small room where a key to the locked door was kept. This seems very poor and like an accident waiting to happen.

Location is convenient for everything

Breakfast was average, lots of mosquitoes in room, hot water n cold was separate which was bit uncomfortable for bathing.. under bed was too much dirty which wasn’t cleaned for days

Clean and staff was so good

The breakfast included was not up to the mark , the bf starts at 8 and ends at 10 . First day we were late so I thought thats the reason everything is cold .but next day we went at 8:15 but still everything was cold and pre made.

Location is very good with everything available nearby. Reception and housekeeping Staff is excellent ready to help.

Distance from the airport is a bit too much!

Location, Staff, Affordability, Cleanliness.

Absence of affordable laundry, Absence of Washing machine for Customers. Hot water tap in bathroom is on opposite side of cold water tap, so we are forced to move the Bucket from left to right multiple times to be able to take bath.

Good stay, Hotel is on main road, parking is available and rooms were clean. Staff is attentive and responsive.

A nit pick - Washrooms are bit small with an odd placement for taps
