Good location, peaceful. Had some activities on the premises like games, gym, pool, swimming option, duck and fish feeding etc. The villa was great . Very spacious. The food spread was great, but something needs to be done about keeping the food hot. We opted for full board so had all our meals as the buffet. Large king size beds - 2 in 2 rooms and 1 in the 3rd room. The tranquil suite can accommodate more than 10 people. Very cooperative staff at the resort including the buggy drivers. Any issue reported was immediately looked into.

We stayed in the Tranquil suite no 311. Bathrooms on the ground floor of the villa had issues with water leaking on the floor in one and water not flowing to the drain in another. There was 1 used slipper in the hall. Bath towels, hand towels and floor towels were not enough for 5 of us so we had to request for these. Some lights were not working or flickering so please check this too.

1. Rooms were quite big. Some rooms had 2 double beds which is good for families. 2. Ambience. Loved the trees especially jackfruit trees. Coffee plants. 3. Food was good in à la carte. Food was not too pricey. Authentic taste. Didn't try the buffet. Breakfast buffet was good but spread was less. 4. A lot of umbrellas for rain. 5. Ambience. Loved the architecture, wooden based, loved the pathway to room from reception. 5. Musical fountain, water sports etc.

1. Check-in process was too slow which is common with all star hotels. 2. A bit pricey for my stay but worth especially if you have a big family or group of friends. 3. Room service staff didn't clear food plates etc. even after 12 hours. 4. Not enough parking space so it's kind of wallet parking.

The ambience and facilities are superb and water places were clean

Regenta - As close to nature as one can wish for. A fresh and beautiful newbie in the town. Regenta is a wonderful, calm and serene place for nature lovers! Loved our time listening to the mesmerizing sounds of the jungle. The rooms, including washrooms, are elegantly designed, well maintained, and decorated with aesthetically pleasing artifacts. Wooden cabins that are built from specially imported wood from Canada are of top notch. We were served with scrumptious food that served both heart and stomach. Complimentary breakfast has lot of salubrious options. We spent a lot of time at foosball and pool table. At noon, played in the water theme park and on the warm night dipped in the beautiful and huge pool. However, what captured our hearts the most was the sheer hospitality. The entire staff is too amicable, passionate, professional and friendly. Overall a wonderful, unforgettable experience ❤ . Looking forward to visiting again and staying longer. Amazing experience! Highly recommend to stay at Regenta. Special mention to Subin who is sweet, humble and highly responsive. He even upgraded the stay to the premium rooms on special request (As we are newly married couple)

Nothing that could I recall.

Nestled amid lush coffee plantations and jackfruit trees, the resort offers a serene, nature-rich retreat! The water theme park, swimming pool, musical fountain, indoor games, and duck/fish feeding are big hits, especially with family and kids!!Comfortable, well‑maintained rooms with premium interiors, mini‑fridges, and coffee makers.

Rooms , resort amenities are too good and capacious .. Food is delicious and cheaper .. Buggy service is good . pool and water park is good too to enjoy

Check in delay and few things like shower gel were not filled .. Hot water takes some time to come..

I liked the location of the resort and the way the staff treated the guests especially Roshan always smiling and polite.

There is a lot of scope for activities to do at resort like nature walk/coffee plantation tour/small trek.

Food is not so great,not much options in breakfast lunch and dinner, no option available, may be because it’s. New property and they have to organise themselves. Very expensive for the range of spread in buffet

Location is awesome in the midst of coffee estate.

Live counters during breakfast were little slow, to wait for some time, few games were under maintenance, better to arrange walking in coffee estate.
