The resort is beautiful set amidst nature.

Facilities- could be better for the price I'm paying. The bathroom shower is not great. The service at restaurant can definitely be improved. The wait for all counters was packed and the staff was not enough to handle the crowd. We need to wait even for water for more than 10 minutes. The service staff definitely need more training. Also, thr could be rooms with tub or jacuzzi.

Rosetta at Sakleshpur is a very well-designed resort, on par with some of the best I have visited in India and abroad. Attention to detail shows in all aspects of the resort and its operations. Very courteous staff. I traveled with my old mother and the staff did everything possible to make things easy for her. The food is great. Very good spread, with options for every taste. Teatro, the restaurant that serves breakfast (and lunch/dinner) is spacious, well-designed, and tastefully decorated. Makes for a smooth and pleasant dining experience. I particularly enjoyed taking long walks amid the tall trees, the flowering plants and the lake at the center of the property. Had fun with family playing table-tennis and badminton at the activity center.

Courteous staff, property maintainence

The restaurants and the stay area tends to get quite noisy, specially with corporate bookings. It tends to give an overall experience of places like Mango Mist resorts in Bangalore. Understand that when people shell out money, the are looking for a serene and quite environment , versus, the corporate teams -- come out just to enjoy the free lunch , booze and stay. It also damages the environmental ecosystem

The property is huge - even though it was at full occupancy when we went, it didn't feel crowded at all. It's also lush green, beautiful and very well maintained. The staff is exceptional - each and every one we interacted with was polite and helpful. The food was great as well - lots of interesting choices and the desserts need special mention. The bar next to the pool with in-pool seating was really great. Overall we had a very relaxing stay and would definitely be coming back again.

Even though the room was amazing, the only negative was the bathroom, which gets a bit flooded after showers and the water doesn't drain out all that well.

The Layout of the Resort is well spread out.. .... Lots of Trees, good walking paths, Rooms are very planned & maintained. Food was great, so was the service. All & in, a good experience worth repeating again.

Occupying 25 acres, Resort should have have a large flat land, maybe close to an Acre of Lawn with sit outs all around it, to feel the property & its surroundings. This was missing. Swimming pool area should be merged well with the lake area.... to give a feeling of one space.

Stayed in Teak Suite which was big, clean and comfortable. The buffet spread at Teatro was splendid - starting from menu to the taste, no complaints at all. Staff is very courteous and well trained.

Nothing much to not like.. Maybe the Sakleshpur weather was a little let down as it was not very cold or Misty like other hill stations of Karnataka.

Neat and clean rooms, prompt service, variety of restaurants and cuisines, access to the property was easy, outdoor showers were a first and fancy

Weekend got very crowded, clubhouse facilities need maintenance, spa and alcohol exorbitantly priced

OMG ! This is how I would sum up this property in one word. R by F is a premium property. We had a royal welcome on entering this place. The welcome drink was indeed a thirst quencher for guests travelling from as far as Bengaluru. The cottages are set in sylvan surroundings. Your eyes get just glued to the lush coffee estates and the tall silver oak trees grazing the sky. The fragrance of wild flowers wafts through the air. The whole atmosphere is surreal. BTB only battery operated buggies and scooters are in use here. Zero plastic zone. R by F gets a full centum for their green initiative. We were a group of six. We had booked the Robusta rooms. On checking in we got the good news that we did get an upgrade to pepper suite rooms. Thank you to the staff at R by F for this generosity. Pepper Suite turned out to be very spacious, airy and extremely comfortable. The bathrooms were super clean and hygienic. Felt pampered staying here. The breakfast and lunch buffet spreads were lavish to say the least. We had plenty of options ranging from South Indian, North Indian, non vegetarian, continental and much more. Loved the khara baath, rava dosa (served hot from the dosa station), filter coffee, poori, black chana curry, vadas ( crunchy, zero oil and mouth watering) so on and so forth. The lunch spread too was something to die for. No compromise on taste at all. Delicious! The house keeping staff were polite and obliging. Enjoyed every bit of the morning and evening walk through the verdant paths of R by F. The swimming pool was well maintained. The spa experience was indeed rejuvenating. Overall a fabulous stay at R by F.

We had an excellent stay at Rosetta. Food was sumptuous and excellent with loads of variety. Activity room had lots of games for kids and adults and we all enjoyed the duck feeding activity in the evening. Beautiful property with lots of greenery. Thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. Highly recommended.

Excellent property, great rooms, scrumptious and delicious food, lovely & courteous staff Variety of food is great, Nature walk - Ranjith is great, children's soft play area is lovely along with the staff that handles children - Sendy, Mary, Shashank Buggy staff was always helpful, on time and informative
