Excellent location, calm and serene place amongst coffee plantations. The monsoon rains added to the vibe and we had a great time. Mr Sandesh was very hospitable and was a very attentive host..The food served was very homely and delicious. Thank you for a lovely weekend stay at Unlock by Goldfinch!!

Wi-fi was not available in rooms

It was very nice and felt very homely. Manager Ponnanna and his assistant Akshay were especially fantastic in the warm and genuine care they took for customer needs.

The toilet fittings were not in good maintenance. The games in common room were not maintained (broken carrom boad, pool cues damaged!)

Very cosy place amidst nature. Good homely food. Very clean and well maintained with very friendly staff. Interesting note... the kannada movie mungaru male was shot here. A nice place to relax amidst nature.

Slight delay is serving food. But we reached late, so cannot blame property for it( as they prepare food fresh as per your preference)

No TV In rooms

Though less choices, but the food was homely and they were served on time

The rule that you need to remove the slippers while entering the premises on the pretext of a pooja room was a little disturbing. Won't be taken well with people of other religions. In case you insist on removing the slippers outside, can give a pair of neat ones kept for only walking inside. That was a little irritant.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Good quality and food taste is good. Ponnanna gave a good service to us as expectated. He was one call away for any issues we faced. Environment was very calm and relaxing. I would like to thank him for the service and late surprise candle light dinner for my anniversary.

Cost of food were unreasonably high. For a room charge of rs 4100, we got 2 bottle mineral water of 10rs only. Swimming pool is expected at this range of property price. No TV and WiFi in room.
