Hotel is located centrally. Its a nice place with good food and excellent service. Rooms are spacious and decently maintained. All the staff are very helpful and serve with a smile. Food at the Parijatha restaurant is tasty and well made. Value for money

Breakfast buffet had enough dishes but could have a bit more variety - it was exactly the same on all 3 days. Shower are in bathroom was not at a different level from the dry area, and so the water was leaking to the dry area.

Clean, big room and suoer kind staff manager Bob, who immediately helped us with another room when there was some strange noise in ours. Also helped out with another hotel and phoned a couple of times to help us out, super kind. Breakfast all good, restaurant next door amazing (it was packed all day long and for a good reason!!!).

Wifi was a bit slow in the room, but all good at the reception.

Mallige Residency is a great place to stay in the heart of the city. The room was clean and comfortable. The room has toiletries, electric kettle and packaged tea n coffee ingredients. There's a small closet to store/hang clothes and even a safe to keep our valuables. The room also has chairs and a small table. Complimentary South Indian breakfast was provided on both days and it was quite good. There's just enough parking space to park your car here. There's a pharmacy right in front of this place for any emergency medical needs. We had a great stay here.

A minor issue, but there was a strong smell of stale cigarette smoke in the corridor/common area on our floor each time stepping in and out of the room.

The hotel was easy to access, has prompt service, courteous staff, spacious and well maintained room & bathroom, good parking space, good quality south Indian complementary breakfast and and attached restaurant with palatable food options.

AC was set on default and we couldn't change settings, although it cooled the room so didnt cause any problem.

Very friendly staff, big and clean rooms, quiet location, great breakfast. All in all it is an excellent value.

The property is just starting to show the effects of wear and tear. There are some stains on the chairs and walls etc. The curtains are a little dirty. I would urge the management to pay attention to such small details to make sure this property doesn't lose its charm.

We stayed as an intermediate halt before driving further. Staff made us welcome. Fit for purpose room, comfortable bed, nice dinner and breakfast. SPA was very good. Good & secure parking space.

Nothing for the purpose and price!

Very good breakfast, staff there for us to point us to which meal was spicy or not. Wifi very good quality, and room clean + spacious + had soaps+toothpaste... well, much more than what we expected. Given the price, and comparing with an other hotel that we did one day after, great quality, that we recommended to our friends going to come here soon. Close as well to a supermarket, so in case you want to go buy some souvenirs... this is well located from this point of view.

Checked-in at 10am and reception team processed it even though check-in was at 12. Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was served hot with many options + excellent food and service. Location was central and quiet.

The manner in which the reception staff spoke both team members - very rudely and loudly informed us that it is not possible to give even half hour of late checkout. Wish they were courteous - first impression was really bad. Told them we are senior citizens and we abide by rules - you could have said the same information nicely.

Very well run hotel. The staff were polite and helpful and the room was comfy and clean. The complimentary breakfast was also very good. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location and staff , Room is good and cleanliness is top notch

we had chat during dinner and could be better. Staff courteousness could be better during buffet breakfast. Food is not hot and even not bothered to fill even asked for. When requested, he told to wait in harsh manner. And, cutleries were not placed and we need to ask multiple times.
