Excellent hotel, centrally located on the main road, very neat and clean , ample parking, high value for money and the best part is the panjurli restaurant inside the hotel - they serve the best north indian food in south of India , I live in Bangalore for last 15 years and never had such a nice authentic north food in south , kudos to the chef.

Beds are small size and not very comfortable

Very clean, amenities were modern and room/bathroom decor was tasteful. Restaurant was also good, though strangely the North Indian cuisine was better than the South Indian. All in all, a comfortable stay.

Room service was slow: they took more than 2 hours to provide an extra bed even though it was specified in the booking. Possibly this was due to the hotel having full occupancy.

The cleanliness

The parking is too tight... the lift from parking to the lobby & room is not working for nearly a year now... this was my 2nd stay still NOT working.... it is challenging for elderly like us to pull the luggage to the lobby from car for check-in... there is NO ramp / slope to pull the luggage to the lobby from the front gate.... steep steps is good for youngsters... not for elderly...

Overall, the hotel is comfortable for stays. The hotel is centrally located inside Hassan city. The food ordered from the attached Panjurli restaurant was delicious and very good. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The size of the room was good.

Faced an issue with hot water in the room. Hardly got half a bucket of warm water and no hot water from tap marked red. Also, the bedsheets were washed and clean but saw a few old stains. So sheets can be maintained and be more cleaner.

Property is centrally located Junior Suite room is quite big in size Rooms and property overall is neat and clean Property is getting renovated and this feels new Good Parking space Food is quite delicious and Tea is exceptional In-Room dining service is prompt and speedy

Small sized television Kettle or Tea sachets are not available in the room (compensated by excellent tea served from the kitchen 😊)

The hotel is very clean and comfortable to stay close to the city centre. The vegetarian food is excellent and valuable for money.. Rest all OK. Will visit again and will recommend it to my family members and friends. .

No kettle or tea bags, suggest in the room to keep a kettle and a few tea bags, coffee sachets, sugar, and milk

Location was Perfect. Room was neat and clean. There is a restaurant at the ground floor which serves awesome veg food. Value for money.

Room Service could have been lil better. There was no menu to order food to the room though there is a option to order food to room.

The place is really very nice. Big, clean room. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Restaurant serves delicious vegetarian food.

Rooms are spacious, neat, and clean. In my Package, Breakfast was not included. However, on the ground floor, an excellent Veg restaurant was available. The quality of the food served was good. Room service is also available

Room was large and very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and also assisted in arranging trips to surrounding area. Restaurant served excellent breakfasts.
