Helpful and friendly reception staff. Room very clean, liked the wooden floors, much more hygienic than carpet. Shower water pressure and temp good. Decent breakfast buffet with plenty of staff.

Room uncomfortably warm, hotel could really do with A/C with the hotter summers nowadays. There was some sort of ventilator blowing but it didn't appear to do much, if anything. though you can open the window. Parking not free and you have to go through a private provider online to pay (can't pay at reception). They even charge 24/7!

Great hotel with good location and nice breakfast. If you travel in the summer, when it's very warm, ask to get the room above 6th floor, where the air conditioning system is installed. It was +28 at night during our stay and it really helped with air conditioner. The personal was really helpful and provided us with interconnected rooms, since we travelled with small kids even though we booked the hotel a couple hours before arriving.

The overall stay was great. At the time I was attending Dreamhack Summer 2024 with my partner and everything was a good experience. Breakfast was also good, there was a wide variety of things and it was a good experience.

This place was excellent for families with kids. Specially for this summer, they remodeled three of their conference rooms into play rooms for the kids - one with a bunch of Ikea stuff, one with ping-pong & large duplo cubes and one with games for young adults (PS4 etc). The breakfast is also extensive and the service + staff friendly & dinner food was good tasting. Easy parking & access to highway. Can definitely recommend.

The girls work in the reception have a really bad attitude towards many of the guests. Very bad hospitality. Very sad. Same every year.

Very good breakfast. You can choose whatever you want from a variety of food. The rooms are cosy and clean. The location is great - a little bit out of the city center, providing you silence and relax.

The restaurant offers only a limited number of dishes, almost all of them I would call "fast food". There is no option to order local food, no option to purchase anything out of fish and chips, burgers and so.

Nice clean room but on the small side. Comfortable beds. Appealing decor. Fabulous breakfast and friendly professional staff at reception.

No air conditioning in rooms but all public areas air conditioned. I’d prefer the place I’m paying to sleep in to be air conditioned. The window opened an inch. We borrowed a fan from reception but without it we’d have had an uncomfortable night. Out of the way but parking available.

Room was very clean, staff was helpful and breakfast was supper.

Would have better if coffee maker was available in the room.

lobby and welcome drink for kids, breakfast was awesome! this is the best Scandic hotel we ever stayed in Sweden so far!

we booked one family room but got two twin rooms instead, that was not an easy thing to handle with our youngest daughters. ventilation was not working properly at one room, so sleep was not comfy at all in it.
