A very friendly and acccomodating staff during our late check in. The free breakfast and oh I appreciated the lady staff as she gave us the milk that I wanted for my little son right away.

No aircon in our room but with fan. I didn’t check so it was my fault as I booked the accomodation very late.

Breakfast

On booking.com this hotel is listed as „pets allowed“. Price we paid per night (2 persons) was 500 Swedish Kroner (250 per person). Then they charged an additional 300 Swedish Kroner for our small dog. So more than the price of 1 person. That is not what I call pet friendly…

Good range of food. I personally liked the fruit, yoghurt and extras. The different breads were very tasty and my partner enjoyed the bacon. There were several good restaurants in the area and we used the bus to travel into the centre and out to places of interest. The staff were all very friendly and helpful

Nothing wrong with the breakfasts or the hotel in general

We were on the way back from Denmark to Uppland and had to stay overnight at the Comfort Hotel Jönköping to get a bit of rest. The breakfast was good, with broad sortiment of food. The breakfast area is large, can accommodate many visitors at one time. Stayed overnight at the end of July 2022.

When we came late evening to the hotel, we had option to park our car at free outdoor parking near the hotel. But at this time there were many young people around looking aggressive (maybe drunk?). We felt us unsecure and were afraid for our car so we skipped free parking option and asked for underground parking place provided by the hotel. The parking was quite expensive: it cost us ~190 kr for that single night(!). The room also cost a bit more expensive than average price in Sweden.

Good location, comfortable room, nice breakfast, practical with garage in the same building. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful and made our stay enjoyable!

No coffee and tea facility in the room which would have been a bonus.

Walking distance to the town, cleanliness and good staff

Parking options that was recommended was a bit pricey than p-hus nearby, so we preferred the alternative but that means 10+ minutes of walking

Room: Basic and comfortable Breakfast: Good spread of food. The pancakes were somewhat soggy. Access to gym close by - great selection of gym equipment! Supermarket close by also which has a good selection of food Friendly front desk and breakfast staff.

Location: It takes about 10-15 mins to walk (with luggages), and there is a gradual uphill to get there. Room size was quite small - the double room became quite tight after opening 2 suitcases in there. No kettles available - they did provide hot water on request but it was a cup at a time.

Great place to stay with dogs. Parking places dearby, good location and breakfast.

Electrics in our rooms were little bit dangerous. Electric outlets were off the wall, what is very dangerous with kids and animals.

Super friendly staff who spoke perfect English. Pancakes for breakfast and powerful water in shower.

Beds were a little thin and slid across the room. There was no way to control the heating, no information in room. Does were very heavy but walls were quite thin. The font on the door numbers made it feel military. Shower was generally on the small side.

clean newly renovated property with plenty of common spaces and friendly 24 hour staff. the beds were very comfortable, and the room was small but comfortable as long as you use the closet space. The bathroom was clean and the shower got very hot with nice water pressure.

breakfast ended somewhat early, and the property is a little removed from city center but totally walkable still
