An outstanding hotel; from the warm welcome to checking out, plus everything in-between. The room was adequately sized with two great chairs for lounging, a bed I did not want to get out of and a spacious bathroom with everything you could need. Breakfast was excellent - a good range of food, all very tasty. Tea and coffee was available 24/7 in the very comfortable sitting area next to reception. The hotel is not huge, so there is a slightly relaxed family feel, a personal touch - I loved this. Very, very good value for money.

There is nothing to dislike about this hotel.

Excellent location, very convenient for the train and bus station, local bus services and town centre, yet not much traffic. Spacious room with a comfortable bed and great lake views from a fourth (top) floor balcony. Our son had his own room which was also quite spacious. Nice breakfast with a very good selection. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice, spacious and comfortable lobby. Very much appreciated the free waffles, hot drinks and biscuits and the pool table.

The lift is rather small even for just two adults with luggage and rucksacks. However it is perfectly fine for a couple or family of four without luggage. We used the stairs a lot of the time. The bathroom in our double room was quite petite with a shower above the bath. Our son felt that his rather narrow shower room was quite claustrophobic.

The staff at the reception were exceptionally friendly and, welcoming and caring. I don't know any other way to describe it but it's like they wanted us to enjoy our stay. I loved the waffle making facility and the communal area is brilliant with pool table and chess boards. Close walking distance away from a convenience store, lakeside and several takeaways.

The breakfast could be a bit less bland. I mean there is a good selection of things to choose from but all in all a bit bland. Okay for a couple of days, but for longer stay, alternating breakfast menu would be so good.

Great location in Jönköping, close to restaurants, trainstation and the lake. We had a room on the 4th floor with a magnificent view on the Vattern lake. Rooms are simple by design, a bit privat room hostel style, but the room has everything you need. We loved the water pressure of the shower. In the lobby you can get hot drinks for free all day and during certain times you can bake your own waffles. The privat parking was very useful and this was money well spend. The hotel has an elevator. It's a small one, but works like charm. Staff was all very nice. Breakfast buffet had lots of options

The check-in process was simple and straightforward. The breakfast catered for my dietary requirements very well. The room was large and spacious and had everything I needed.

The bed was 2 singles jammed together, which was a bit uncomfortable. The bathroom was very tight and difficult to move around in, and the shower over the bath was inconvenient as water went everywhere. Also, my room was over a cafe or restaurant, which had loud music at night, making it difficult to sleep.

This was a very good and practical hotel in the middle of Jönköping. Everything was available within a short distance and the central location was excellent. Pedestrian streets are close at hand and you can eat and buy everything possible close and comfortably. Liked this accommodation because there were very good possibilities to park my motor bike in the garage that the hotel had access to. We were even able to take a dip in Lake Vättern on the nice beach in Jönköping.

Can't really find anything to complain about here. Of course, you are a little spoiled when it comes to breakfast in hotels, but this was a very good and nicely served breakfast in every sense. We were also able to make pancakes ourselves in the evening, which the hotel organized in the reception. Very nice.

I come often. Best value for money in town.. No luxury , but Clean, friendly, nice bathroom, great breakfast included and right in the town centre for a very good price

Like many Swedish hotels they put the baked beans in the same warmer that has compartments with sausage and bacon, meaning meat steam drips on to the baked beans. Vegetarians and vegans will avoid those beans, which really are the only hot food they could have eaten

Hotel was in general clean.Room for 3 adults,teen and a dog was spacious. Beds were ok. Brakfast was very good and had loads of varieties. They served pancakes with jam and cream at the lobbaa,which was nice surprise. Pooltable was nice as well. Receptionists were really friendly and helpful. Parking carrage is a big plus always.ä

Elevetor is slow and small. Animalrooms could be bit closer to the exits.

Peaceful and quite place for acceptable price. The nice reception, there you can have tea/coffee/hot chocolate during all the stay. There is also billiards. And in the evenings the waffles with different toppings you can cook by yourself for free :-) The breakfast has many options to choose. The bed and the pillows were actually very good.

The noise cancellation between the rooms is not very good... after midnight I was awaken because of the woman's screams during activity which could result with pregnancy :-D Thanks to apple airpods pro gen2 - they have a great noise cancellation

I liked the choice of food at breakfast. The availability of waffles in the evenings is a great idea. Loved the availability of hot drinks in the communal area instead of cluttering up the room. The bed was comfortable. For the price, and location, the hotel exceeded my expectations.

The hotel could do with a spruce up in the rooms and stairwells in the public areas.
