I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The view was breathtaking, and the staff were incredibly polite and attentive. The on-site restaurant was excellent, especially the top-floor dining area, which offered delicious food and outstanding service from well-mannered waiters. The hotel also provides free parking, which was a great convenience. My deluxe room was very comfortable, featuring a spacious bathroom that added to the overall luxury of the stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The breakfast was disappointing. (8-9 euros). Most of the food seemed old and of lower quality, and even the coffee was not good. It didn’t meet the expectations set by the rest of the hotel. I hope they improve it soon.

View from the room of Ruse and the Danube was lovely and each floor has a viewing balcony either end of the corridor. Location is ideal for both a walk along the river and to the main square. The food in the Panorama restaurant is fab.

Although there was a lot of selection at breakfast, what should have been hot was cold. The heating trays are not even warm which is a shame. I have found this before.

Excellent view on the river Danube, close to the city center. Rare gem of brutalist architecture at its best! The restaurant works till 23 and they have fresh fish from the Danube on the menu - nothing special, but correct and tastes like fish from the river. The rooms are spacious, the HVAC runs smoothly.

With the breakfast something went wrong, I had to rush to the toilet. I tried several foods, all seemed fresh, nothing with an odd taste, but one should be careful.

Excellent location, by the Danube and in walking distance from the city centre. The hotel is an old Communist-era one with intact original facade, which might put you off. However, on the inside, rooms and common spaces were refurbished. Our room was clean and provided what you would expect of a four star hotel. Breakfast was decent and served in a restaurant with a terrace overlooking the Danube. The staff is nice and properly trained, especially the two female receptionists.

The juice at breakfast should be replaced with something better. While breakfast was OK, we would not recommend dinner in the hotel restaurant. The elevators are in good working order but quite old and a bit dark and scary. If you do not pay enough attention to the information provided about them by the receptionists, you will find them hard to use.

- some rooms do not have insects net on the windows, so we had to change the room due to a lot of insects. ( The lady in the reception was very helpful, thank you again!)

Large room with comfortable bed and two armchairs and a table - pleasant interior design. Nice to have bonbon and coffee as free compliment. Good quality towels. Perfect view over the the river and part of the town. There is a park by the river with very nice little restaurants serving tasty food. Safe and free parking included in the price. Reception were kind and clear in their communication with me. The best place to stay in Ruse, by far!

The view was of the city, but still nice. Got a nice comp upgrade. Location was great.

Breakfast was ok, the selection was good, the hot food was not hot, not even tepid. They used heating units, but either they were off or they were broken, this was disappointing. My husband is disabled and in a wheelchair, someone parked on the disabled ramp in their car and it was very difficult for me to get my husband into the hotel. I spoke to reception and they advised they did not know who belonged to the car as they do not take car numbers. The person was inconsiderate, but think this is something the hotel should implement as most inconvenient for disabled people.

Excellent location with great views over the Danube. This Communist-era hotel has been renovated up to Western standards. Free car park.

If you go in summertime, apply mosquito repellent liberally. Their windows have no nets.

We got upgraded upon arrival to a Deluxe room with a nice view on the Danube High floor room, nicely decorated modern and clean Fast elevators Breakfast was OK, limited selection of items, was alright overall but can be improved.
