The hotel where we stayed left an extremely positive impression. First of all, it is worth noting the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms. Every day cleaning was carried out at a high level, which created an atmosphere of comfort and tranquility. Clean linens and fresh towels added to the feeling of being cared for by the staff. An equally important aspect of our holiday was the friendliness of the hotel staff. The staff always greeted guests with a smile, took the time to communicate and were ready to answer any questions. Every request, be it a request for help or advice on excursions, was received with great attention. As for food, one cannot fail to note the variety and high quality of dishes. The breakfasts were particularly delicious, with a rich selection of both local and international cuisine. Dinner at the hotel restaurant became a real culinary feast, and every evening we enjoyed discovering new tastes. Overall, our experience at this hotel was a real pleasure and we are already planning to return!

A lovely hotel with great facilities.. We booked 2 rooms , stayed there for 01 nights and the stay as pleasent.. From the moment we made our booking, we were treated like family, and all our needs were thoughtfully taken care. The hotel is well managed and if you really want a good deal or any extra help Kripa Thakur Front office manager is the go to man.. He will assist you with anything and everything..

Cleanininess, staff, very articulate.

They turned off the room light which was decorative. Which I didn't like. If someone Booking for a day, light has to be there; it shouldn't be like "welcome light in the room" , when you're entering in the room they made the room presentable with hanging light. Afterthat they'll turn off the light from inside; Even if you switch on there will be no light as they turned off from inside. That I didn't like.

It is an old hotel named Phlox, which was recently acquired / rebranded as Lemon Tree. So I think it might take some more time to bring it up to the Lemon Tree standards. There are a few hits and misses, but overall it is a good hotel for a night or two. Rooms were spacious, bathrooms clean, bed was comfy, nothing really to complain about. The food was excellent, however a little on the spicier side. By the way, we were driving our own car and they had an on-site facility to wash the car for a nominal fee, and it was a really good job done.

Since the hotel is actually an old property, the rooms had a damp smell when we entered. AC was also a bit too noisy. Otherwise, it is priced fairly for what it gives. Also, the hotel is actually quite inside Hubli, not on the Hubli Dharwad by-pass road, which we should have checked better, since we were staying there as a stopover on our way from Mysore to Pune.

A modern hotel with clean rooftop pool and restaurant on site. Easy to get around Hubli from here We broke our journey to Hampi here and were glad we did. Big comfy bed Great value for money

The "gym" is a bit tired and the a/c in there didn't work The staff at breakfast were a little overattentive but that's probably a cultural thing coming from a Brit who doesn't like people following you round!!

Right from the time I reached the hotel all the staff were extremely polite, helpful, friendly and went out of the way to check and ensure we were facing no issues. The hotel itself is very clean and impressive. The staff was very prompt and flexible in addressing any requests we had. All in all an excellent experience.

The check in was quick and professional. Our request for a hard bed was met with . The room was spacious though the furniture appeared to be old . The bathroom was of adequate size and had decent toiletries. The overall appearance of the hotel was good and we enjoyed our stay here . The entire staff was polite , professional and eager to help and this made our stay comfortable.

The view from the room was not good .

Perfect stop over between Hampi and Goa! The rooms are super clean, modern and so comfortable. Service was great, the staff in the lobby was particularly nice. The rooftop pool is really nice after a long drive. The rooftop restaurant was really good, with a nice breeze in the hot summer. very good value for money.

Swimming pool needs a little bit more cleaning.

Solid 4star almost as cheap as backpacker's 2star. awesome across the board (ex. chambermaid dedicated 90 minutes to do perfectly my room. couldn't tell her name as she's deafdumb. Indian & European self-service great breakfast in some deals. Manda flawless Maitre d'. I had issues w/ credit card. John, the manager, bought 2 train tickets and my next hotel with his personal card!

In front of the hotel there are aggressive unpleasant tricycle taxis charging over double the going rates. But this is not the hotel's fault

Room was very small and furniture are huge. We banged into furniture more four time. Center table and single seater size was not blending with the room size.
