Had many restaurants options and variety of food available. Ameneities were good and essential were provided.

Service was slow and took forever for the ordered food to arrive. The check-in and check-out was okay, not aware about their own policy that they had made us pay half of the amount (booking.com advantage goes waste) in advance and argued that we haven't paid.

The room and service especially the staff of housekeeping riyana , receptionists Akkamma and bilphul, room service team especially mahantesh cooperated well

Freezer was not working well

Staff was nice and catered for our needs. Food was really good (although a bit spicy for our european taste buds), even made children version with no spices for our daughter.

A bit old but ok

Very clean property. Got upgraded and the room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was also good.

I opted in for breakfast the next morning (had a no breakfast room) and found that i had to pay for the breakfast while exiting the restaurant and not at the time of check out. No problem at all- but as i hadnt bought my phone / wallet down to the restaurant for breakfast, I had to run back up to the room to get it after and it was a little embarrassing. They could have mentioned this somewhere. A sign somewhere / message at the time of check in would be great. No big deal but can be a bit embarrassing when you are asked to pay and you are not carrying your wallet / phone so you have to request them for some time while you go up and get it

property is decent! we liked the stay but rooms could have been cleaner! we didn’t opt for breakfast instead we had dinner, it was good. staff at Restaurant were good!

rooms could have been more cleaner, checkin and check out process were not so good! it’s a bit slow and confused staff. they blamed the software instead. we are coffee drinkers it would be helpful if Good coffee can be served😊 overall we stayed in the hotel for two days we enjoyed our stay. request hotel management to improve. we will certainly visit the hotel back sometime again.

rooms were good, clean and food was decent. Staff were good.

restaurant was small and clumsy, not sure it can accommodate if everyone in the hotel gets down to breakfast. Gym was not functioning. Reception team is very slow not sure if it’s a problem with the software or staff at reception, but they also looked confused, they made me check in twice for two days. lot of confusion during checkout process. they missed to give complete invoice.
