Breakfast spread was good. The Luxury rooms were spacious. The Hubballi lake is just across the road. Property was cleanly and room service was prompt. I will definitely spend more time in this hotel in the future.

The rooms I got were a smoker's room. I would have preferred a non-smoking room. The smell lingered in the air, but thankfully, the window could be opened for a bit so that fixed the problem. This should have been taken care during check-in by asking the customer for smoking / no-smoking preference. Traffic / road noise is a concern at night.

1. Cleanliness. Good, clean towels, instant hot water 2. Courteous staff specially Mr. Karthij, Mr. Md. Ali & another gentleman, whose name I forgot but who provided the correct directions for my onward journey 3. More than enough charging points 4. There Jungle restaurant is perfect on theme, right from the decor to chairs to waiter's inform. Loved it.

1. Tea bags, coffee sachets were limited in supply 2. Packed breakfast that I carried was not up to the mark.

I love this hotel! I stay here every time I am in Hubli without even looking for anywhere else. The hotel is comfortable, the staff friendly, and the restaurant is the most unique place in the country! The decoration is amazing - from the decor to the plates to the dishes... whoever designed the restaurant is a creative genius on a whole different level. I really enjoy the setting and would highly recommend

Spacious, very clean room and bathroom. Staff was friendly and helpful, we also liked the cave-themed restaurant in the top floor. We thought this was a great price-to-value ratio. Be aware that some of their room categories come as smoking or non-smoking room (while others are fully non-smoking). Since we were a group of non-smokers, we insisted on a non-smoking room. The hotel followed our wish, just make sure to clarify that upon check-in.

Slightly dated! The shower cubicle was not sealed correctly so water escaping in the bathroom! Bed sheets were & towels were used a lot so has to request a change

Well located in terms of a stop in Hubbali on the way to and from Bangalore. It’s an older property that has been renovated with modern fitting so it has an old hotel vibe but is still quite nice in terms of amenities. It’s quite nice, service is great and it has a couple of outstanding restaurants. The breakfast spread at the jungle restaurant also deserves a special mention.

The food was good. The location was convenient. The staff was polite.

I requested an additional cot for which I needed to pay a good amount but was not informed earlier about it. I was informed about the amount only when the cancellation was not possible.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and always at our service not forgetting their friendly nature. The cleanliness and hygiene was well maintained. The room service was amazing. Will surely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hubbali for a few days

I really really liked this place. There were many details that make it stand out from being "just another hotel". The restaurants are very unique with lots of little details in the decoration... instead of plain, boring white plates they are highly personalized. Food was delicious as well.

very minor - only 2 water bottles provided.. Additional water was cheerfully delivered when I asked, but it seems like very little

1)There was some confusion created by a front office staff when we checked out. This is inspite of having a clear conversation with him earlier. This could have been avoided. 2)Hotel's strange resistance to give a second key for the room stating it is 'management policy'.
