The service is good, the hotel is nice, the food is also good. As a Thai person we don't like the strong herb smell. however, at the hotel there is many kind of food for us. and the picture and the room is the same. No worry. the hotel is 10 km. or 8 min from the airport. that is great. we can go to the industrial park from the hotel.

I booked the taxi to pick up at the airport. My team, who arrived at the hotel, asked the Hotel staff the day before, on that day in the morning, and 5 min before the flight's arrival. The staff said they already prepared the hotel taxi to pick up. However, after we waited for 10 min, 20 mins, on one came for us. My team at the hotel rechecked and found that no preparation was made for us. So I do not understand about this. But my colleague said the culture here sometimes the driver will not come even we arranged the reservation or managed the schedule. so the airport there is no taxi, it is better to make sure that you can find the rider to pick you up.

This hotel was much nicer than I expected for the price. Very nice room. Best shower and buffet breakfast we’ve had in India. And bonus for English language newspapers available in the lobby. Very close to the airport for tourists flying to Hubli in order to take a taxi to Hampi (about 5,000INR)

Not the fault of the hotel, but be careful how you get from the airport to the hotel. It is possibly close enough to walk but we arrived at night on a delayed flight. As we came out of the airport young men insisted it would be 350 INR to the hotel. One lied and said the hotel was 2 km away. I didn’t see any auto rickshaws and it looked as if we had no options. Once we got into the taxi and started driving I could see rickshaws that were to the left of the second driveway as you exit the airport. If you have the time I suggest you consider giving your business to the rickshaw drivers who could be more honest than the taxi drivers.

Very quick and efficient checkin. Staff was super nice and attentive. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was good with variety of dishes both Indian and continental. Great value for money . Our stay was memorable and defenetly recommend the hotel to others and will personally stay when I visit Hubbali next.

The room service menu was not accessible when the QR code was scanned..Though the Room services sent different QR codes, they all failed . Finally after 5 attempts this was set right. This was nothing major or significant. However would like this to be looked into and set right.

My parents recently stayed at this property for the 2nd time since they had a very pleasant experience during their first time stay. This time also they had positive experience from check in to check out. Everything was comfortable and easily provided. My parents found the staff friendly and attentive and felt welcomed and valued as a guest. The check-in check- out process was smooth and efficient and quick , The room was clean, spacious, and hygienic. The breakfast buffet spread was hygienic and had a lot of variety in starters, main course, pastries, fresh cut fruits , yoghurt, dairy etc. The chef and staff happily prepared hot dosas and parathas based on our preference. The quality and freshness of the food was well maintained. The staff replenished the buffet, ensuring that all items were freshly stocked. My parents had a nice chat with the staff who asked for recommendations to better serve them. My mother requested for hot filter coffee and was very happy with the service. It was evident that the hotel staff genuinely cared about creating a pleasant experience for their guests. The hotel's amenities were as mentioned in the booking details. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable. The hotel has a huge lawn within the property and sidewalk which my parents thoroughly enjoyed during their quiet morning walks and was happy to catch the sunrise and sunset too! The hotel's location is in the heart of Hubli City just opposite the airport and with easy access to all city points. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for accommodation in Hubli. We will be definitely staying here again and during all our visits to Hubli. I would definitely give this property 5/5.

Location good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are enthusiastic, helpful and friendly.

Nothing that was bad.... As a feedback, i would suggest, Better guidance and training to the enthusiastic staff by experienced experts would add knowledge and understanding to deal with guests more maturely in terms of delivering their services.

Proximity to the airport is bang opposite and very convenient. AC in the rooms and hotel overall we good. Nice clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was good too

The breakfast was served in a different building than the one we stayed in, so we had to walk a bit to get there, but it was not too bad a walk.

Extremely courteous staff. Focus on customer satisfaction. Great spread on the buffet breakfast—high-quality à la carte menu. Was offered an early morning breakfast as I was checking out at 6 am; Very kind. Customer satisfaction is their priority.

The bathrooms need renovation.

Right from the welcome to the goodbye, the hospitality was fantastic. Front office, housekeeping, food, and service at the Zodiac, the staff were all professional and courteous. The rooms were big, the place was clean and the location was good. I'm glad we stayed here over any other place while in Hubli.

It would have been nice to extend the complimentary pick-up/drop not just to the airport but to the railway station and the bus station too.

Spent only one night there. Location was extremely convenient vis-a-vis the airport. Check in and check out was efficient. The room size and the bed were very comfortable. The food buffets, for both dinner and breakfast, were very satisfactory.

The promised airport pickup was not there when we landed and emerged from the airport., even though the flight details had been given, and the pickup reconfirmed earlier that day. Had to call the hotel and ask for it. It arrived after a short while.

Good breakfast with both indian and western cuisine. Staffs are really attentive and helpful. Farhan and Aslam were particularly nice and made our stay really comfortable.
