The room was spacious, wi-fi was fast enough, bathroom had excellent water pressure, dinner was delicious.

There were hundreds of mosquitoes in the room and bathroom. The hotel provided a couple of Good Nights, which helped. But it may be better to spray the room with Baygon or something before guests arrive.

It’s an interesting and beautiful old colonial house / building converted into the most delightful hotel. The staff are very friendly helpful and genuinely seem happy to help. The rooms are very generous with large beds and well set out space to unload and relax. The bird sanctuary is just up the road which is why most people go there I guess. Ask hotel to help get e buggy from hotel and also to go to the lake beyond the entrance first. It is quite stunning … so many herons , storks etc nesting when we went. Anisha, whose father owns the property, was very kind and friendly. The food was very nice and generous portions.

It’s definitely off the beaten track a bit so it’s not going to be as straightforward as getting in and out of Agra say.

The staff makes this place. I especially enjoyed the talks about their country and mine during meals. It helped being the only guest most of the time, although I was often uncomfortable with this situation. The food was excellent, also for someone with a sensitive palate. The constant quality throughout the property is another welcome aspect, because other places in India can be impressive at the front, less so deeper in. And the greatest is the close location to the Keoladeo National Park!

It is as close to perfect as can be for a property situated in a small city in India, where hot weather, frequent short power cuts and noisy traffic are inescapable elements of the environment.

The hotel was great. Clean and about 300 meters away from the entrance to the National Park. The staff was exceptional. I am gluten free and they went really over their way to cook me gluten-free meals. Though they could not provide any almond or soya milk - so it is best to bring your own if you can or drink black tea or with lime juice. Would highly recommend the hotel. The swimming pool is small but great for a cooling down swim - with the added spectacle of monkeys walking up and down the balconies of the building nearby. WiFi is strong enough to have video calls so you can also combine leisure with work.

We really liked this hotel. It was effeciently run, the staff were friendly and the room quiet with a very comfortable bed and lots of hot water with great water pressure. A 10 minute walk to the gates of Keoladeo national park. Food was good too.

Only buffet lunch and dinner offered. We didn't want a full buffet at lunch so walked to another nearby restaurant for something lighter. The hotel restaurant lacks atmosphere. But it's still a lovely place to stay!

The room (deluxe) was huge and nicely decorated with plenty of storage space. It was very quiet, despite the hotel being on a main road. The staff were all very friendly. The evening fire in the garden was a good touch. It was 300 metres from the entrance to the bird sanctuary, albeit along a grotty path by a busy road. Good value for money. The food was plentiful. Good heater in the room.

The restaurant staff were helpful but in the evening there was no choice except a buffet comprising dishes which were too spicey for our taste. The breakfast was basic but adequate. The dining room was gloomy with very heavy furniture. Overall, the hotel feels like a 50 year old building that has seen better days. We booked a taxi to Delhi through the hotel - possibly not their fault but the driver got a bit lost and drove in an eccentric way some of the time. Reception were very friendly but information abou how to visit the bird sancuary was not always helpful. For the record, the cheapest and best option is to take a tuktuk from the entrance to the second gate at 200 IR, then walk.

The Birder's Inn is an ideal location when visiting the Keoladeo National Park. You can easily get an e-rickshaw or walk to the park entrance. The hotel is quite nice with a courtyard feel that helps isolate from road noise. The rooms are big. Meals at the restaurant were good and they were able to accommodate our daughter's need for gluten free meals. The staff was very kind and helpful. We were grateful for the extra blankets and space heaters in January as it was cold.

The rooms are a little aged and could use some improvements like new towels, linens, fresh paint, and updated tub/toilet fixtures. Beware the evening mosquitos.

It's located very close to Keoladeo National Park. The rooms are big, spacious and very clean. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom was modern. The garden is very charming and the staff was very helpful. It's a classy hotel full of charm. It's located close to the road but you can't hear any noise. There is a very good restaurant nearby: The Courtyard.

The restaurant staff accommodated our special requests, and late breakfast hours, after morning visits to the national park. The food was always very well prepared. They gave good suggestions for planning out our trips. The rooms were pretty big and had a fridge and a kettle that made things easier. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay, mostly thanks to the helpful staff. The park e-rickshaws come straight to the hotel front, which is quite convenient as well.

Since it was the off season, there was some noise in the room from renovations. The room phone had a tough time reaching the front desk, and the TV in the room was from the early 2000s. Room prices were a bit higher than expected, given that it was before the season had started.

The location is awesome. The restaurant nearby makes great lal mas. The breakfast was great especially the care with which Mr. Solank hosted the guests, it felt like he was the bride's father in a wedding. He's the reason I'd come back again. The rooms are ok but the vibe overall it's good and peaceful.

The room had a weird smell that took some time to be overcome. The washroom had water backflow that needed to be fixed and was a disturbance to get done in our limited rest time in hotel. Access to public transport at night feels a bit bad. The meals are very costly at 650 +gst per head. For comparison, bbq nation is 880 without offers. They will not provide utensils if you order from outside, even if it is something not on the menu.
