The staff are exceptionally helpful. Shout out to Soumya at the front desk. He is amazing and went above and beyond. All the other staff from the security to the breakfast staff were very kind and thoughtful. 5 star service

I am disabled and needed a wheelchair accessible room and bathroom. Whilst they have an accessible room, it lacked accessibility features like a hand rail beside the toilet or sufficient space between the furniture to safely do transfers. Also there needs to be a little more attention to detail to general wear and tear.

The property is well maintained. The food was fresh and delicious. The room was spacious and had all the necessary facilities. The staff were very responsive. They take action immediately and super fast. Even in the middle of the night, you call the reception and they respond extremely fast. Soumyaranjan, you are doing a great job man, salute you! The team from the restaurant was also very fast and efficient. You order food and they bring it to your room without unnecessary delays and fresh!!! Special thanks to Pandeyji, Soumyaranjan and the rest of the team who were extremely helpful, polite, respectful and ensured to meet all our requirements during our 3 weeks stay. Will definitely opt to stay this hotel if we happen to come again in Ahmedabad in the future and pray to see Pandeyji and Soumyaranjan again. Great thanks and best regards Rahim and Family.

Well run, extremely professional staff. F&B is pretty responsive and attentive to details. Location is right in the heart of the city. Efficient front desk, and deserve applause for their work. Great for short business trips.

The standard twin room shows city view but was allotted a twin room with the back view. Had to accommodate for first two nights. But Mr. Sudhir was considerate enough, and made sure the booking was compensated with a city view the last day of the booking. Great stay overall.

We had a wonderful stay at Bloom Hotel Ahmedabad. The staff always responded quickly to our needs and made their best to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast buffet was lovely with a variety of dishes. The room was also neatly cleaned on a daily basis. We will cherish the great time spent there.

Staff were very accommodating

I checked in 4am and paid the full rate for that night. Later I learned if I had waited to check in 6am then would have paid 50% less for that night. I would have appreciated the hotel to have considered this sooner the fact that I was not using the room full night.

Great experience

The rooms were nice and the service was generally good. The location is excellent.

There were some issues with the toilet. Twice, there was blockage in the toilet seat with the flush not working properly. This is something the hotel staff might want to look at.

It was a pleasure staying at this great management property, which is 15 minutes from the Ahmedabad Mall. excellent food and service. They offer complementary welcome drink. Breakfast is good and you can choose Indian continental, etc. Also the cafe is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed or weekend getaway a lot. I will definitely stay there again. Specially thanks to Mr. Vinay and Sahil who help for room allocation and sharing me knowledge local tourism place

"Great hotel for our last night in Ahmedabad We arrived before 12pm and we could have a room straight away instead of just dropping the bags in the luggage area! hotel was nice, room was clean and big enough, big space for luggage. "Good relaxing and great experience ! Friendly, welcoming staff Mr Sahil always keep smiling face . when you comes at reception for some work its was complete immediately doesn't matter is inside the hotel or in side City .you will every information at Front desk area. "Homely friendly hotel Only stayed 2 nights but the hotel has standard rooms and very clean. All the staff from reception were really friendly. It is walking distance of all local shops cafes and restaurants.
