Swastik is very well cleaned hotel, we had 3 families and we had an infant they cared for the child with special food requierments. The rooms were clean, all amenties were present, the lawn was spec. Milanda the manager was very kind and cooperative he kept the place in control. There is a small exit to the beach right in front of the hotel so that takes to the beach side directly.

Room service was ok sometimes a bit late for evening snacks when they served tea and coffee after 15 mins they served pakora and French fries, Another thing I guess only thing they should provide atleast 1 lit if water to every room on arrival that makes you feel good hardly 15 rupees to cost. But no major complains All pros and no cons

Overall ambient is very nice! Room size, cleanliness, Car parking and children's play area are appreciable.

Breakfast menu is very limited, there should be variety in complementary breakfast menu. apart from Puri-Sabji and Bread-butter-Omlet there should be other option too. Also No Fruit was included in Complementary Breakfast.

The location is very good just a little walk to the beach also the value for the price is great. The staff are very helpful and well behaved. Really enjoyed my stay there.

Staffs are really friendly and cooperative along with beautiful ambience. Rooms are sufficiently spacious with greenery all around. Foods are simple, tasty and easy to digest. Resort is 4 minutes walking from Biswa Bangla and 1 minute walking from the beach.

Power cut is a very common phenomena in that area. During power cut won't get to use air conditioners.

Rooms were clean, room service was also good. Sufficient parking space available. Seashore is a 5min walk. I especially liked the food.

AC was not functioning properly on the dining area.

Nothing else

Except for the room service everything was fine. I mean no one ever came to clean up our rooms and eventually our room became a mess. Other than that everyone was nice to us and the room service people were also kind and generous enough to cater to our needs.

Breakfast was not adequate. Quality of food and its taste was not up to the mark.

Really a great experience. Food quality is splendid. There is a nice garden with swings for children. You will get everything in reasonable rate. Staff are very friendly.
