1. All staffs are well mannered. 2. Restaurant is fantastic. 3. Neat and clean 4. Prime location 5. Value for money

Few points: 1. Bed has spring in it. Very difficult to even sit on that. For a heavy weight person, it feels like touching the base of the bed. 2. 1 extra chair could have been provided 3. There is no space to have food inside room, very small side table. Although 1 table is present but its height is not suitable for eating, it is more like office work.

Stay is good. Room is comfy. Staff is great . Breakfast is good and good price Only suggestion :- keep coffee cups and coffee powder and milk powder with kettle as a compliment.

Few cockroaches in my room so i guess need regular pest control but rest is good . I was expecting toiletries like toothbrush and shower cap

Stay was good and pleasant. The location is easily accessible and the view from the room is beautiful. Room cleaning is very good nd hygiene maintainted well. Complementary breakfast tastes good and i loved the coffee. I would like to recommend this hotel to all my well wishers. Thank you RCC.

Clean rooms, great staff and good location to commute anywhere

Guest visiting policy as the hotel didn't allow my best friend to my room whom I was meeting after 5 years. He came all the way from beeramguda which was an hour drive. It was kind of frustrating and embarrassing even after we requested. We were asked to sit at the lobby area which is kind of weird
