We specifically chose this hotel for its adults-only concept – and it delivered exactly what we were looking for: calm, peace, and the perfect setting to unwind and disconnect. The overall ambiance was serene and tasteful. Here's a short overview: Accommodation: Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely balcony, a very good bed, a mini fridge, and a kettle with tea and coffee provided – small but appreciated touches. Everything was well maintained and felt peaceful and private. Food & Drinks: The buffet restaurant offered a wide variety of options, including standard dishes and daily-changing local and international specialties. We enjoyed the option to reserve dinner at the à la carte restaurant L’Olivier and the BBQ terrace – both offering a nice atmosphere and slower-paced dining experience. Cocktails were fine, and the bartenders were very kind and flexible when it came to custom requests. Activities & Entertainment: There was a wide variety of well-organised daily activities, including yoga, pilates, aqua gym, darts, boccia, and several others to choose from. Everything was easy to follow and book through the BLUE App. The groups were international and inclusive, and the facilitators switched between French, German, and English so that everyone could enjoy. I was particularly impressed by Aroussia’s boundless energy during fitness classes, as well as Moktar’s professionalism, his excellent leadership and moderation skills. Staff: Definitely a highlight. The entire team was warm, professional, and welcoming. Always smiling, always respectful, and happy to help – they made us feel at ease from day one. Beach & Pool: The beach and pool areas were clean and well arranged, with bars conveniently located nearby – perfect for staying refreshed throughout the day.

Yes, there are occasional signs that the hotel is not brand new – some details (like certain furnishings, bathroom finishes, missing tiles in the indoor pool) show age. But nothing was unexpected or disruptive to our stay. We had read some of the more negative reviews beforehand and made our choice accordingly – and for us, it turned out to be the best possible decision in Djerba. The overall quality of the experience far outweighed any minor imperfections. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-serviced break with kind people, good food, and just the right mix of structure and freedom.

We were staying at the hotel the 2nd week of December. It was well attended but not overly busy. The temperature was around 23-26 °C. Just perfect. The hotel is nice and clean; the staff was really helpful and polite. The food was delicious and plenty. Our room was spacious, clean, well stocked with coffee and tea. Every morning, the bottled water has been stocked up. There is a general shop on site with touristy stuff and basic toiletries, clothing's; postcards and stamps; The bar is open all day. There is room service available too. The pool water was clean and tidy all around. The hotel is right on the beach, with someone checking that only hotel guests use the deck chairs, as the beach is accessible by all. (Not through the hotel, though) There are cute cats everywhere. We've had a small pool outside of our room. There are many small pools, which neighbouring rooms can share and there is a big main pool too.

There are loads of cats, which I wouldn't mind, but they are everywhere. We couldn't open our door to the pool without 2 or 3 cats running inside our rooms. It was annoying, to be honest, but funny at the same time, too. The food was plenty and delicious; the only problem was that on a couple of occasions, the meat had not been thoroughly cooked on the grill. .

Very clean, quiet, beach is gorgeous, the food is always very nice and varied every day, there is always something for everyone. Staff went above and beyond to assist us. Lots of activities happening all the time. Perfect for relaxation and getting away from the stress, hustle and bustle of everyday life. The spa is very nice as well. We went at the end of November and the weather was great!

The only thing we could pick on was the linen- this needs to be updated. The linen were tired and lacked lustre. You could tell they’ve been used and washed many many times. They also looked off coloured. There were also minor bathroom and room updates that need to be made. I.e the mirrors in the bathrooms, the chips on the walls and tiles, but overall it was good. It also meant that the hotel is busy and being used which is good.

I had a wonderful stay at TUI BLUE Palm Beach Palace Djerba. The experience was truly positive from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made a big difference and made me feel very welcome. The service was outstanding – everything was well organized, clean, and comfortable. Whether it was the room service, the reception, or the dining areas, the quality and attention to detail were excellent. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and enjoy a stress-free holiday.

It was an extraordinary service that we received in TUI Blue Palm Beach Djerba. We greeted warmly and the receptionist guy just informed me on arrival better that I went for dinner first because the dinner would be closed in 1,5 hours. The cleanliness was amazing. They also have money changer desk where you can exchange to Tunisian Dinar. The pool and beach were amazing. The food was immensely spectacular and complete. They changed the menu everyday, which was brilliant. The pool and beach were immaculate as well. A good choice for stay in Djerba

At most I liked the beach. I didn't expect so much from Mediterranean sea but it was warm and sandy beach like in Seychelles. Always enough sun beds there and not so crowded. Just Perfect. The location is amazing, good stuff, many options, many pools and always a sunbed free.

Buffet was good but sometimes a bit tasteless even Tunisia have amazing spices. But maybe the Germans there can't stand on and this is the reason for no spices in food. Don't understand me wrong, the food was good and very often changed but you have to add some herbs or spices. Anyway the worst is, you can't sleep longer than 8 because then it starts, banging doors from the floor and moving interior above us from cleaning housekeeping.

The people working here give you the warmest welcome ever and are very friendly and helpful all the time. The food was a lot, but very nice. Not a lot of vegetarian or vegan options, but they offer more than most places in Tunesia, were they offer none ;-). We got a free room update, the room was huge and we were next to a semi-private swimmingpool, we had some good morning swims. The bed was huge and very nice. The beach was very clean and nice, with a security guard there the whole time so we felt very safe swimming together and leaving our stuff at the daybeds. They do offer a lot of activities which are really fun, we did the aqua gyming. Also the night performances are very cosy. I think we were lucky to be here off season so we had a lot of space and still enough sun. Next to the swimming pools there is almost no wind which makes it very comfortable even in late November. The wifi is superb.

We did feel a bit out of place because the people working here treat you like you are royalty, which I can imagine is not always a bad thing, but we felt a bit guilty about that. Also you get by arrival a whole list of what is included and what is not included during your stay by somebody who works there, which is nice, but we would like to have this on paper as well since it is a lot of information to take in and remember. But these are luxurious problems!

The hotel is located at 25 mins ride from the airport. Taxi drivers know it. Very nicely located with a private beach and two swimming pools. The service is excellent every where: the restaurant in particular, the gym and all the sport activities that can be easily booked through an app. For the all inclusive (drinks included!) it's a buffet restaurant: an excellent variety of local and international fish and meat dishes. Salads are available as well and an excellent variety of fresh fruit. The staff is super helpful and very kind and professional.

perhaps longer time in the morning for breakfast. Though there are always snacks for those who wake up late (after 10:30), it'd be nice to be able to have breakfast until 11, and perhaps start lunch a bit later

Check-in day was my mother's birthday, despite the late notification from my side, they managed to arrange a welcome surprise in my parents' room, a birthday cake at dinner and happy birthday song in 6 languages, small details but with immeasurable value! Mr. Noureddine the Hôtel Manager carefully listening and dealing wholeheartedly with his client's requests..Mr. Ali at the restaurant never gets tired from smiling and doing his best to make you feel satisfied, professional coaches for endless activities.. with the talented Mokhtar and Ali we really enjoyed them everyday volleyball matches, thank you! Stretching and HIIT coach, sorry I forgot your name but thank you for reminding us that we are still young ! Thank you team Tui Djerba! Definitely coming back! Loads of love and respect 🫶

We absolutely loved our stay. Staff were all amazing - so welcoming and friendly. In particular the two guys encouraging us to dance at the white party. Facilities great and room spacious and quiet. Beach is awesome and the place very relaxing.The gym had excellent equipment for weight training and cardio. The gym was clean and well stocked with water and towels
