Apartment was new, clean, a good size and contained everything you might need. 15 minutes walk into Valognes with bars, restaurants and a full range of shops. Easy to find.

Breakfast was basic French breakfast of bread, croissants, jam, butter, coffee and fruit juice. Coffee maker required pods and only 2 were supplied, which contained milk and sugar. Not expensive, but not ideal for a diabetic as all carbohydrate.

I liked having breakfast in the room as we didn’t have a lot of time before leaving. The reason I didn’t score a ten was the fact that it seemed very hard to get any milk for our tea or to make our coffee milky. Being as there are kitchen facilities in the room this seemed bizarre.

Only the point I have made above. It is the second time we have stayed and everything else fits the bill for us.

The breakfast was continental and very good, Thank you. Facilities was excellent and location was very good. We have to consider our motorcycles and their safety and it was an excellent location for that. The main street for restaurants etc was well within walking distance. Thank you.

Spacious and spotlessly clean room with cooking facilities which would be perfect as a base for touring Cotentin. Better suited to visitors with own transport as limited things to see within walking distance.

A very well presented studio apartment with all the necessary appliances to provide for an independent stay over. Good parking on site. A short walk into town with good restaurants and shops. A short drive to the coast with pleasant seaside towns and beaches.

The staff were very friendly and the rooms are a good size , clean and comfortable

Breakfast came in a small basket delivered outside the room in the morning (no real coffee, just a tub for a machine) A little walk to get into town

Some buildings surrounding property are industrial work places. nothing provided in apartment for washing & enough toilet paper for one trip. had to find a supermarket to buy some as staff left after we paid checkin. late check in 5pm) & check out by 10am latest could be better. not a dislike:- there was no one around on arrival so I suggest using data if necessary to let them know your arrival time.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable rooms with added bonus of s small kitchen area. Lovely bathroom with a nice large shower and lots of hot water.

We liked the space cleanliness facilities and location all of which were great. We intend to stay again and explore the area. Also Thankyou to the owner for coming to our rescue when we got lost.

Perfect location for the port of Cherbourg. Quiet, safe parking and easy to find. The property is well equipped for a simple meal and has plenty of space. Everything is clean, good bathroom.
