I stayed one night on my way to Geneva by motorbike. The Brittany Rosslare -Cherbourg ferry had arrived too late to go on. Staff was friendly and welcoming with good English as my French hadn't come online enough yet. Clean and pleasant room with a good TV . Enjoyed a few YouTube videos and slept well. Left late avoiding the rain that had swept through in the breakfast hours. Can recommend!

It was a great hotel and a great room.

Staff were slow to respond to my disability at reception (unable to stand or walk any distance). They left me standing there for a long time to book in. My room was also a long way from the lift which was difficult for me to walk. These sugnificant negatives spoiled an otherwise very good stay.

Repeat guests. Comfortable hotel for us as a couple and our little dog. Convenient for port, easy to find and secure parking. The staff are helpful and efficient. The breakfast is excellent and also the restaurant for dinner. There are grounds to adequately walk the dog off the main road.

The A/ C was not working on this occasion.

Very comfortable, quiet and clean room. Food good. Dog could stay in our room.

Staff in restaurant seemed stressed and understaffed leading to long delays for evening meal - guests from Ibis Budget hotel also ate here, so it was busy.

Opposite a massive Auchan but awkward to walk to as it is across a busy dual carriageway.

Excellent location for ferry travel. Parking safe and secure, very friendly and efficient reception. Clean and spacious room. Had dinner in the restaurant, very good. We travel with a dog and there is plenty of walking area around the hotel

The Ibis hotel was good. Staff at reception were friendly and efficient; the room was nice, bed comfortable and bathroom facilities good.

At breakfast there was a glitch with the coffee machine n orange squeezing machine but the staff addressed the problems promptly.

Good location for access to the ferry. The hotel was excellent, rooms were kept very clean and tidy during our stay and all the staff were excellent.

This is a stunning property in a lovely location that has been beautifully renovated and maintained by the host who, along with his family, are exceptionally warm and welcoming. When we ate there we were the only English people staying, and the owners made an effort to keep us involved in the conversation. The food was homecooked and lovely, and we were treated to some of the local wines and produce as well. Truly a great place to relax and unwind

I liked the simplicity of the room.

Not being able to find the hotel as it was behind buildings off the main road and no sign post.
