We had to book for a quick turnaround when our plans changed - late arrival and early departure. The host was responsive to our messages and very helpful, and her English was excellent. Shower good, beds comfortable and train station nearby. Sorry that I can't comment on the breakfast or any other hotel aspects.

The lift was quite small, only fits two people with backpacks

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location in the city center is perfect but we could not hear the noise outside. The room was very clean with a good shower and comfortable bed. The free car park a few yards away was a great bonus.

Booking .com gave us the wrong access code - otherwise no problem.

We didn't have breakfast - it's so easy to find somewhere for coffee and croissants locally! It's ideally situated between the ferry port and the train station, and it's so good to find somewhere as nice and friendly as the Hôtel de La Croix de Malte to find our "land legs" after the ferry from Dublin.

The bed wasn't very comfortable. I think French people like hard beds. You could hear everyone moving about in other rooms, although everyone did their best to keep quiet. There was a kettle in the room but I would have liked a mug and tea & coffee milk & sugar on a tray. It's not asking much...

Location was perfect for access to the city of Cherbourg and everything was in walking distance. Room was clean and as described when booking. Staff member that greeted us was lovely and welcoming and was able to speak to us in english due to us not knowing much french.

The proprietor was delightful and served up a delicious breakfast every morning. The location is right in the center of Cherbourg; can't complain about that at all.

Location, price, secure parking for m/bikes(on request) in the garage and reasonable traditional breakfast. Anne, the hotel concierge, was excellent and helpful. Highly recommend.

The location (between the train station and the ferry terminal) was perfect. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

There was a kettle in our room, but no coffee/tea sachets - to be fair, we didn't ask for any or mention this to the hotel staff.

I could store my.bike savely, lovely Staff!!! Would 100% recommend for a stay in Cherbourg, In the City heart lots of Restaurants a few Minutes away, Bikelane Not far away to cycle in the lovely area of Normandie

A warm welcome as always- I have stayed here before so know what to expect. The location in the centre of town is ideal and there is secure storage for a bicycle. Although central, the hotel is very quiet.
