The room was fantastic, beautiful and fabulous views. Decor and cleanliness was exceptional. Would have liked a bottle of water like a lot of hotels leave but not a big issue. Staff on reception were lovely and friendly.

The parking behind the hotel is extortionate. Only free between 5pm and 9am...hard to find free parking that doesn't involve a walk which is a pain when carrying luggage. More info on free parking would be good. Avoid the rear carpark unless you dont mind being ripped off, it's not exactly clear what the charges are and we ended up paying 20 euros for just two hours.... Shame on whoever runs the carpark!

I cannot recall a single item to complain about. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was strong. Facilities were spotless. Staff were busy, but helpful. Unusually, pots of Tea were available, which is a delight.

Nothing really. The Toilet roll holders were cumbersome, if that's really a complaint. One dry drain trap in our room, but smell went after a short flow of water. Really nothing to complain about.

Staff were really welcoming and helpful, and answered all my questions and gave some helpful advice. The room was pretty quiet for a fully booked hotel, the bed was comfortable and the room had everything I needed. It was very well located for the train station, (only a 10min walk away and easy to find). Outside was quiet and you couldnt hear traffic. All in all a comfy and reasonably priced stay.

The room did not look over a courtyard, but it was Monday and the road was quiet so it wasnt a problem.The bathroom was slightly strangely set up (the shower and sink is open to the main room, and the toilet was in a separate room). It wasn't an issue, it was just a bit unusual.

Nice location, friendly staff and free parking after hours nearby. Parking costs during the day are reasonable. Very clean and neat.

Hotel was great , only difficult we had was a new bus lane system, which can make getting to the hotel challenging by car with one way streets if coming from Octeville side. Google will keep trying to send you down roads which are no longer available.

Ferry was cancelled so needed somewhere to stay at short notice in Cherbourg. Excellent value for money, hotel around 25 mins walk/10 mins taxi from the ferry port. There's a shopping centre around 10 mins walk away. Hotel staff were very pleasant, room was spacious and warm and bathroom was spotless. Couldn't complain about a thing, thanks for the stay

Adorable room with creative touches. Lovely view of the harbor. Nicely located in the midst of restaurants and shops. Lots of choice for breakfast including loose tea. You can pay by the hour to extend checkout time which was handy so I could leave my bags for a later train. Excellent noise reducing windows.

Shower was a little high to climb into as a petite person

The hotel location was very central which made navigating the town very easy. The room was extremely clean and was of an adequate size. Breakfast was amazing so much choice and very good value. Although no parking facilities there was a large car park immediately behind the hotel which was free from 1700-0900. It was busy but seemed secure enough to leave the car overnight.

A very nice comfortable property

As soon as you enter the room you find a big intimidating sign saying not to smoke in the room and that there is a fine. As responsible guests I believe it was a little too much. Makes you think about the type of guest they usually have in order place just a sign.

Very good staff. Organised a taxi for us to the ferry port where normally the taxi drivers would not go because the fare is not big enough. Also a choice of four or five good restaurants right beside it. The room is small but comfortable. The breakfast is continental but if you want you can make your own scrambled eggs and pancakes. Checkout is at 11:30 but they held our cases for us in a secure area until 3 o'clock.

Excellent location in the heart of Cherbourg and surrounded by some great restaurants. The room was compact but very well equipped and furnished. We used the hotel as a stop-over before the ferry but I'd happily stay there for longer.
