There are two restaurant and both are veg-nonveg combo places. Hotel property could do with one pure veg and another restaurant as combo place. In that way, temple pilgrims can have food at pure veg places and don't be put at inconvenience. As there is only one veg hotel after 10 kms.

Nothing much but maintenance should do a good job on having a good building maintenance. The day when we checked out the entire bathroom roof was leaking. This can be avoided by hiring skilled plumbers and fix the issue properly.

The hotel is located at reasonable 30 mins drive to the Udipi Krishna mandir, most important beaches like Kaup lighthouse, Maravanthe and Malpe. Freddies, the roof top restaurant offers a great variety of veg and non-veg food. Ample parking space.

The hotel would be even better if they could add splash of greenery. Not a single plant, Grasslawn or tree in such a scenic place like Udipi is a bit surprising. They have enough space in the parking area and the front porch that could be used to add some trees /lawn and plants.

We got an executive room which was quite spacious. It had a separate sitting area with a small toilet. The bedroom area was large with a big bathroom.

Since the hotel was located next to the highway there are no great views. Its not a big issue. though we didnt opt for breakfast, it seemed like the dining area was small and there was not too many options for breakfast.

Not happy with booking.com as the breakfast was not includes though it is the executive suite

Price is at little higher as compared booking through other website

The proximity to all other sight-seeing locations was great. It is good to have this right next to the highway/freeway which is important for convenient commute.

The package could've been with breakfast. INR 4,000 is a bit on a higher side without breakfast included. Booking.com should consider this discussion with the Hotel.

Right on the highway, but not noisy at all. Big sized rooms. Roof top bar was good. Wide choice of drinks and food. Adequate parking.

Santosh and his team were hospitable and warm. Service was excellent. Room was excellent. Food was good. This is a superb hotel at a very convenient location.

It was too far from MIT, very inconvenient to move around as it is on highway,long distance from city,conveyance was very costly

At the entrance of room and near baggage store/ cabinet, no light at all . So cannot check anything.

The room was spacious , neat and clean.. the staff was very courteous and smiling always.

Food is good but can still be better.
