Amazing villa. We stayed in the 2 bed which was very clean and comfortable. Good quality Bed linen, good pillows and comfortable bed. Nice big fluffy towels. Air con worked very well in all rooms and there were 4 big smart tv’s in the villa and 3 bathrooms. The pool was great and a nice temperature. Breakfast was amazing and the team come in quietly, cook for you and it’s all ready on the table when you come down, at the time you request.

Only thing I didn’t like, was there were only two sunbeds round the pool and the villa sleeps 4. We only stayed 2 days so didn’t affect us really, but if I was staying longer would have asked for another one as there were 3 of us.

Beautiful house, lovely surroundings, close to tiger kingdom and elephant sanctuary. Loved the breakfast and complimentary airport shuttle to and from the airport. Have smart TVs in most rooms, good WiFi. Would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at Mae Rim Grace. Mrs. Pen was incredibly friendly and arranged everything perfectly for us. We were picked up in Chiang Mai, and upon arrival, she showed us around the house, which is even more spectacular and spacious than in the photos. Our children loved the private pool and the breakfast was outstanding (you can choose whatever you want, and it’s prepared in the house). Mrs. Pen also arranged a tour for us to see the elephants (at a reputable place where they are well cared for) and the sticky waterfall. Overall, it was a delightful stay.

Nothing really

The house was so beautiful! All of us really enjoyed our stay. The staff were so attentive although we barely saw them. A lady cleaned the pool twice a day, breakfast was prepared on the table every morning with all our food preferences. We all had rooms with our own bathrooms. The master bedroom was very big and beautiful. There was alot of effort put into the decor and overall feel of the place. 100% would stay here again!

The location was not the best, if you want a quiet, tranquil stay, this is it. But to go anywhere, you need to book a taxi or be prepared to walk for 15-30 minutes which isn't a bad thing, its good for your health! We had a great taxi driver who had a minivan, he took us to some great places during our stay. He recommended a humane, quiet, elephant sanctuary where we got to feed & bath elephants in the river. It was a really lovely day for all of us. He calls himself 'Tiger Joe'. Highly recommend if you can find him!

Everything about this property was amazing, the location , the stay, staff. Thank you for your hospitality, we had a great time. Staff were excellent, specially Pen and her team . The team would come in the morning to your villa to make breakfast. The location is outside the city, but we intentionally preferred this location . The country side vibe is amazing .

everything was great. perhaps a recommendation for the management team - if there can be some tie up with local companies for bike rentals that would help visitors to rent for local sight seeing.

Just about everything. There is plenty of space for a family, and breakfast is cooked in house. Close to tiger kingdom, a cobra show, an elephant sanctuary, and a very nice massage place.

Minor complaints. The pool was a little too cold, and there was no skimmer to clean it out. They skim it every morning, but by the time evening comes, there is a decent amount of plant debris in there. Also, the pillows were way too hard. My neck was needing a massage afterwards.

The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good. The location is green and beautiful. All my family love it. People living there are also very nice and say hello to us.

The villa is big and comes with a private pool. You can see the mountains from the master room. Overall, it's pretty clean. The staff is also very friendly and nice.

Some of the furniture is a little bit out of date. The hot water seems to be not enough if you decide to take a bath.

Perfect house with professional services. Wonderful breakfast serving at your house by selected time.

Breakfast was wonderful, but fair taste

It's a really big modern house, very comfortable and very stylish, like a dream home, 2 floors with a big TV in every room, lounge upstairs and downstairs, with outside sun loungers outside up and down. 100% will be making a revisit in the future.
