Outstanding hotel in the centre of Calama. It looks brandnew, the rooms are well equipped, there is even a heating that is integrated in a something that looks like a picture-very impressive. The restaurant/cantine is spaciouss, the food is good and comes in a big variety. Before we arrived to Calama we were told by several people individually that it's rather dangerous with lots of crime related to drugs and unemployment outside of the mining sector. The hotel felt like our safe space and we very happy to have both our dinner and breakfast in the cantine before leaving Uyuni. Money for value for amazing. Thanks for having us.

Location is good with nearby restaurants . They have private parking. The rooms and facilities were quite clean and there is water gallons on every floor. Breakfast is quite satisfactory. Good shower pressure and temperature and linen and towels included.

Bed is pushed against the wall so one person on a two bed person will have to wake the other one up if they need to get out of bed. Internet does not work at all. Dinner options a bit expensive .

This Hotel provided us a good sleep and good food for making our flight connections and to our trip to San Pedro de Atacama. Beyond the included breakfast, which was delicious, the hotel even provides food for purchase which provides an excellent service to those staying at the hotel.

A good hotel. Great parking. Small but clean and tidy rooms. Good shower. Drinking water available on all floors. Restaurant good value. Breakfast good.

The rooms were a little small but they are built for workers. There is under bed storage which makes up for the lack of space but the rooms were comfortable and functional.

The Hotel was clean & comfortable. No issuses with room, bed, shower, breakfast, lifts, communial area, etc. Good secure car park. Wifi was OK. If I was in Calama again I would have no issues with staying here again.

Calama! This city is basically there for the copper mines. It's a good connecting airport for Chile but for tourists / travellers it is not a place I would recommend. The city itself is filthy with rubbish stacked up on the streets and packs of street dogs roaming the place scavaging for food. There are hundred's if not thousands of red pickup trucks used by the minners and the night life is what you might expect from a location where you have thousands of miners living and working away from home for months at a time! Hop through here and head for San Pedro de Atacama - that town is fantastic :)

The room was comfortably warm, which is essential when traveling during winter (July). It was excellent, with a duvet instead of blankets, as we have experienced in many other places in the region. Everything was fresh and clean.

There is quite a lot of traffic on the street towards the entrance, which is audible from the rooms.

it's a western-style hotel with nice rooms. Very clean and everything working at western standards Breakfast is large and good.

the neighborhood and the ciry itself is not good / safe after sunset, even just to walk to dinner

It was nice and small, we only stayed for one night so cannot really complain. Breakfast was good and secure parking

The water stopped working throughout the night, no idea why and it was a little hot. Also was not a big fan of the area

Modern hotel in Calama. Breakfast, lunch and dinner available. With hot showers and warm beds. It was comfy and cheap. Located close to the bus terminal. You can ask for a hairdryer.

Nice hotel for a night stay at the mining town, breakfast is good , they even encourage you to take away.

We checked in at 1pm and the receptionist tell us check in time is 3pm even though rooms were available, is there a need for this?
