I liked the facility itself, especially the patio area. My room overlooked the swimming pool and bar/restaurant, which looked very nice, although I met friends for dinner and didn't get to take advantage of these facilities. Staff was friendly and efficient.

The flush button on the toilet was broken and so it didn't work very efficiently. Also, I was on the second floor and so the noise from the bar/restaurant, which my room overlooked, would have been a problem had I wanted to go to sleep early. As it was, I simply read until midnight and things started becoming more quiet. Given how loud the music was in my room, however, I think guests must have a hard time hearing each other talk. Would suggest slightly lower volume on the music for everyone's sake. If you want a quieter experience, I suggest requesting a room on the front side of the hotel when you book.

everything of the propety was good, hotel staff very nice always ready to help and friendly, the room was nice and clean. The hotel restaurant i had mostly all the dishes on the menu well need to give them a 10 awesome. walking distance to the city, mall and supermarket.

The hotel was very clean, and the beds were excellent. The food in the restaurant was much better than expected and higher class than the hotel was rated.

The bathroom could’ve done with more shelving for my toiletries, however, the towels were beautiful and large. The room lacked outlets for plugging in mobile phones, etc.

Visually appealing lobby elegant dining areas, great food ( pulpo appetizer was wonderful)secure gated parking with 24 hr access. Beds very comfortable. Excellent cable selection.

A bit of a drive 20 min from hotel, but not bad. Check in process seemed like applying for secret clearance 🙂but no big deal.

This property is great value for money. Interestingly, the booking price online is much cheaper than the booking price on the hotel's website or if you'd show up on spot. The rooms are spacious, they have modern amenities, the staff speak English

There was a party going on by the bar and pool that lasted till midnight. There are a lot of rooms that face the pool and the noise was incredibly loud. We had trouble sleeping. I wish we could have been forewarned.

Nice environment, great receptionists with good English and patience. Tasty dinner and more great staff. Very comfortable bed. Not too far to airport.

Entrance card key wasn't working for many times ,maybe needs to change to new cards for the whole hotel. Water was not hot enough time to time. Disappointed not able to take a hot shower to be relaxed..

Courteous and very efficient reception. Rooms and beds were comfortable and clean, quiet. Good breakfast

The pool was closed until 15 March for maintenance but we were warned beforehand.

They charged me payment when I checked in. They charged me again when I checked out. They refunded me the money but not fully after I asked them. I have to pay the credit card charge and currency exchange fee because of their mistake.

Easy to find. Ample free parking. Most helpful and.friendly staff. Elegant restaurant. Exquisite food choices, tasty, and professionally presented (e.g. Tuna Isla de Pasqua). Staff super helpful, both in reception and restaurant. Comfortable and spacious room.
