There was nothing to like it

The manager ( Saurabh) was very rude. The room was unclean, the washroom wasn't cleaned & the bed contained dust and hair of some person. I asked manager to get it cleanead, he said he has personally checked it it can't be the case . I have to sent the photo to owner for this ( the number was taken from booking.com). He got the room changed. I again showed the manager that how unclean was room; he said " Ye Mera kaam nahi hai, aur main itna nahi sunta" ( it's not my work and I don't listen this much). Somehow I reduced my booking from 4 days to 2 days and got half of my money refunded. Select this only if you are in Godforsaken condition. I am attaching photos for your reference.
