Very good location, right on the Cote d Or beach. The room, the restaurant, it looks even better than in pictures.

We had Half Board option, but the dinner was not great. There was a fix menu (2 types of starters to choose from, 3 types of main course to choose from, and one desert which was only Ice cream). I personally couldn't eat the ice cream, as I had a throat pain, therefore no desert for me. So we were a bit dissapointed of the dinner, At the breakfast, we asked for 2 espresso's (thinking they are included in the breakfast) and when we were about to leave, the waiter chased us to pay for the coffee. The personal was trying to be nice, but it didn't seem to us as a very natural behaviour, but more as they had some written lines they used for all customers.

We both loved our stay at this gorgeous hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable experience. On their own initiative, the staff prepared a delicious birthday cake for my boyfriend and sang for him. They really care about every guest and treat everyone with the utmost courtesy. Thank you, Bernadette and the team! The hotel is situated next to one of the most beautiful beaches in Praslin. We could hear the waves from our room. The area is very safe, and well well served by buses. It was easy to travel around the island, to Mahe or La Digue. The room was very comfortable, cleaned daily and lovely decorated for us. We also enjoyed the restaurant, especially for dinner, where they serve generous portions of delicious local food. We highly recommend this little gem!

I loved that the Staff was always there to help you: trips reservations, half board menu, dinner reservations, certain preferences and needs for food or cocktails depending on food allergies. We felt that we were safe and spoiled with all they had and more! The room was big and comfy and we enjoyed the twice a day, or anytime it was needed, housekeeping to always have fresh towels, clean room and bathroom things. The food was AMAZING and we enjoyed lots of local dishes, everything fresh and so tasty! The positioning was very good, just crossing a small road and we arrived to the beach (10-15 meters from the lobby). Overall, we are looking forward to return to the Pirogue Lodge every time that we will be in the Seychelles.

Unfortunately we had to leave back home, but if it was for us, we would have stayed more than the entire vacation.

The staff was very kind and accommodating, especially Bernadette. Wi-fi was much better than others have rated it. The food was very tasty and kudos to the head chef.

The refrigerator cooled poorly, and the air conditioner did not cool the room well enough, even though it was set to 16 degrees Celsius.

We have traveled the world but never encountered such a nice place. It exceeded our expectations by a million in all aspects!! The staff was WONDERFUL! A 10 is not enough. Everyone made us feel special, important and cared about our happiness...saying goodbye without a tear was hard. The other aspects deserve a 10. The restaurant was excellent, the location is also fantastic...having an amazing beach 15m away...really, the place to be in Seychelles, not in the world.

The location is very good, near the beach, just cross the road and voila. Very quiet and relaxing, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Even had an option of gluten-free pancakes for breakfast! Rooms are big and comfortable, with teapot and everything. An amazing place, highly recommend it.

Great location, near Anse Volbert. The staff was very well prepared and responsive for any question or concern. We had half board so had the breakfast and dinner at Pirogue Lodge Restaurant (food only). The food was EXCELLENT! The drinks menu was various and the prices, although we are in Seychelles, were absolutely ok for a restaurant. The balance between the price paid and the services was perfect. Maybe the bed should be more comfortable. It seemed like it has been used for years, but this was a detail that I forgot everyday when I left for a new amazing adventure in Praslin.

We liked everything about our stay. We decided to book at Pirogue Lodge, even if it was not the cheapest option. Once we got there we understood that the excess money we paid was totally worth it: the staff is very nice, friendly and professional. Nadia is a beautiful person and she has a lot of information to share about Praslin, she really knows every aspect of the life in this small island. Her tips were very helpful. The room is large with a nice and large balcony, the toilet is clean with all the comforts. Food was excellent and delicious: they offer gourmet food with large portions, so the half board option is perfect for exploring the island without starving or without having to care about buying food. The hotel/restaurant is just in front of the beach where morning excursion start. There is a small parking in front of Pirogue, and a little supermaket close to it

The staff were excellent. Very pleasant, efficient and caring. The whole place was immaculate. The room was very well appointed. The food was good. What more could we ask for?
