The hotel is in an excellent location—just a 2-minute walk from the lake and only 10 seconds from the main street. You drive up a steep road to reach it, but there’s a convenient parking garage. All rooms have a beautiful view of the lake, which is truly the highlight. A tunnel under the main street makes it easy and safe to walk straight to the lake without crossing traffic. The bus stop is about a 7-minute walk away. Breakfast is a big, delicious buffet, and you can enjoy it on the terrace with a marvelous view of the lake. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. In the evenings, you can choose from a menu with tasty options. The pool is perfect for kids, and at the lake the hotel provides free sun chairs for guests. Overall, everything was perfect—I can highly recommend this hotel!

Love the place! staff was super helpful. The room was enough for 2 of us, perfect view. Not to mention good pool and private beach as well. Parking is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast with the view was also very good. It only took 10 minutes to drive to the closet town for more restaurant options.

Room facility seems a bit old for me and we have to take the stairs, since the elevator was very slow. However, this is only a small minus point.

Great value for the money (we were visiting at the end of the season). The room was nice and clean, well equipped. Staff was very nice and friendly. Nice breakfast with a lot of gluten free stuff.

We forgot to ask for wi-fi upon check-in and then the reception was closed, so we had to do some extra work to get it, so it would be very helpful to have the information on the password also in the room - just a suggestion, not a critique. :)

Beautiful hotel in one of the best locations of lake Garda. Beautiful private beach with a convenient tunnel under the town. Short walk to two nearby villages. Good parking. Reasonably nice rooms. Breakfast. Beautiful lake views.

Other guests smoking on the balcony. Breakfast was a little inconvenient and not the most fresh food. Pool area was meh. Hot tub was not hot.

Hot tub didn’t work. The swimming pool hitting also didn’t work. Would be nice to know it in advance as we booked it because of this. We would have probably booked another hotel if we knew they both don’t work

Hotel Eden is situated half way up the eastern shore of Lake Garda. Our room had a large balcony with a table , four chairs and two sun loungers .It is the perfect place to relax with a Campari Spritz and take in the amazing view across the lake to the cliffs and tiny villages on the far shore. The room was exceptional clean with a large comfortable bed , very good air conditioning ,bar fridge and TV . Bathroom was clean with a nice hot shower . We were greeted by Massino on the front desk when we arrived and by Heike in the morning when we came down for breakfast, both were amazing and very welcoming. as where Michael and assi in the restaurant .

Nothing . It was one of the most relaxing two days I have spent since arriving in Europe 6 weeks prior. I would hate to drive up the lake shore road during the middle of the summer ,but lucky for me I didnt have to.

The whereabouts of the hotel is magical, including the view from our room! The majority of the staff was also very kind and helpful.

The room was quite small. The chairs in the dining hall were very uncomfortable. No ventilation in the room. After the cleaning staff had done our room, we didn’t really understand whether the towels were new or just folded and put away.

Lovely caring and attentive staff. Great food, with reasonable set meal choices for evening meals, although not A-La-Carte. Pre booking of meals required. Excellent breakfast. Good views from quiet, comfortable clean room (small balcony with just table & chairs). Compact ensuite shower room.

There was a window between the bedroom and the ensuite bathroom with opaque glass in it. This significantly reduced the privacy that one should have in a bathroom! Also no lock on bathroom door.

Beautiful view of the lake, nice pool and beach area. Very friendly staff and lovely balconies. Good food for the price.

Difficult location if you don’t have a car as public transport is infrequent and it’s very difficult to find available taxis. Electronic toilet was noisy and difficult to understand. Balcony and dining chairs could be wider or without arms so they are more comfortable.

The staff was very nice and helpful, above and beyond. Breakfast was amazing. They had everything! Nice garden at the back with swings for the kids.

Air conditioning isn't controlled from the room because of winter mode (it's october). Staff helped us by operating it for us on cooling mode from their control options.
