"We had the absolute pleasure of staying at this wonderful pension, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The accommodation was incredibly comfortable, with a cozy and homely atmosphere that made us feel relaxed from the moment we arrived. The staff were amazing—so friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. A special mention goes to the owner, Tommo, who was exceptionally polite and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We've traveled extensively across the globe, but nowhere else has ever captured the warmth and homeliness of this place. Highly recommended!

Location was perfect, staff went above and beyond to help in any way possible, with a friendly manner, nothing was out of the question. Accomodations felt like a cozy home, came in after snowboarding to the smell of coffee and fire place on in the communal area. Buffet breakfast was amazing, and Bon Bon the resident cute little dog was a hit with the kids.

Arts Color was located five minutes drive from the Ski slopes! Tom could not have been more helpful when picking us up and was enormous entertainment to our grandchildren dressing up as a different character every time he picked us up!

The language barrier was a little bit of an issue as we would’ve liked rooms adjoining as there was six in our party. Nevertheless, I tried their best to help.

Absolutely outstanding!! Sato San is one of the most helpful hosts I have ever had the pleasure to meet. He said when I checked in please feel like you are at home and that's exactly what it was like for my entire stay. Dropped off and picked up from the mountain every day (short 5min drive). Accommodation is clean, comfortable and homely. Facilities to either cook for yourself or do yourself a favour and book in for dinner at the main building a short 5 minute walk away. In terms of value for money, this is one of the best stays I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing and I will definitely be back!!

the owner is very nice. He treated us like as Family. He provided the free shuttle pick up from hostel to ski area. He always smiles and provided the excellent service to us. The hostel is very clean and the shared kitchen is excellent. we can cook by ourselves and the equipment was provided. Everything I was 100% satisfied and I must definitely recommend all people to come here. I will choose again to stay here. the place is very close to the ski area. only drive there 2 to 3 minutes. excellent location.

Great staff and owners. Beautiful little town, so pretty. Short walk to the lifts. What a great house, so homely and apt for a snow trip. Everyone was quiet and reaspectful.

The design was very nice and cozy, place was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast served everyday and there was free shuttle service taking you to the breakfast and ski locations. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Owner Sano-San is very nice and involved and makes it a welcoming environment.

Can be a little chilly, you can ask for an additional blanket and heater tho

Amazing pension with rooms with private bathrooms. It takes its name seriously - each room is themed on a color, mine was Orange. Room was wide with a counter and a small kitchen, overcoming my expectations. Located around 15 min away from the gondola. And the common facilities are amazing - it was fun to drink with other guests in the evening while feeding the fireplace with wood. And the owner is super kind and took us from/to the slopes on a cool Toyota Tundra!

Breakfast and dinner are served in their sister hotel - "Life Is Beautiful" - which is a 5-min walk. However, the food quality compensates the hustle.

Cosy good facilities and well situated. The staff were so helpful even when I needed to take my son to the dentist.

Very small bathroom and no wardrobe or cupboards for our clothes. I could feel the springs in the bed which was rectified with a mattress topper.

Tomo and the staff were fantastic, room was very cosy and food was great.

Slight inconvenience having to go to the main lodge for meals but staff drove you to and from. Otherwise all good.
