Really, name itself proves its class and elegance.... A cool, calm and peaceful place for holiday time to spend with family, friends and relatives. Local people are really hardworking as heritage staff is. Adventure zone is really a place to recall your youth day and to test your agility.... Overall, a place where one would like to visit and stay again...

Rooms paint to be done again. Ageing can be seen on walls. Two coats of decorative paint can certainly add value to the place and rooms. Place where Karoake is arranged needs some more beatutification.

The ambience, food and activities were good. The adventure activities were a welcome diversion and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Had to change rooms at the start as needed better bathroom facilities. This was rectified by the staff in a timely manner to our satisfaction

Excellent breakfast. Served nice and hot. Everything was fresh.

Got locked out once. Help came immediately. But guests should be told what not to do while opening the lock. Also, portion just outside our room was a bit shabby. There should be better management of plastic waste so that monkeys don't have access to such waste.

Resort is very well maintained, location is perfect and staff is also good and supportive. Activities like evening music, disco, pool, rain dance...are amazing. Food quality is also very good. We enjoyed our stay.

Food quality was of superb quality. The vegetable varieties were excellent. The serving staff was also very nice. Location of property was excellent. The staff of the Hotel were very nice and supportive.

Due to moisture the intercom was not working and therefore in room dining was a bit stressful but manageable. Hotel needs maintenance and better housekeeping.

The historicity of the resort was the best part. The location, activities, staff, rooms, facilities mixed with all the different activities of karaoke, rain dance, games, disco was engaging as well

Amenities such as disc, karaoke, games room. Food was very good. Big property to spend a day in the resort.

Bathrooms not deep cleansed. Blanket was smelling bad so we asked to replace them.
