I appreciated the staff's friendliness – everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was also very clean, which made the stay more comfortable. The breakfast was okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement. For example, the orange juice tasted artificial and not fresh, and overall there weren’t many options available. Another downside was the pool hours. They were not very convenient, and unfortunately, you couldn’t use the pool during some of the inner-day hours, which was disappointing. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but with a few adjustments, it could be even better.

Terrible restaurants in hotel, look at "Greek salad" and best ever "Cheese plate" on the photo from the pathos rooftop restaurant, lol. Although formally there is and a cheese and a plate ...

Room sizes, facilities, breakfast

Air conditioning is centrally controlled and Managment switches ON during limited time only! So we had partially 28 degree in the room 🙄 it was hot 🥵

The room was exactly what luscious and great sized. The staff were also extremely helpful the next day in ordering me a taxi to the airport.

Slight cleanliness issues in the bathroom, but not a major.

Travelled for business, good clean room, good facilities, friendly staff, wifi was very good, gym and spa was a nice bonus overall would visit again.

could do with some updating, it is starting to show its age, missing tiles in the pool area, some coffee marks in the rooms, but overall nothing that effected my stay.

Close proximity to the railway station - important for travel on the famous day section of the Dogu Express going east. Staff was very helpful for finding out the actual delay of the train which unfortunately can easily reach several hours. Very big rooms, very quiet.

Avoid xx01 rooms (e.g. 801) in summer. These have a large frosted glass front (hidden by a curtain) facing north west. So rooms catch a lot of heat in the evening - the AC really has problems fighting this.

The location of the hotel is great and close to the largest mall in the area...the city center is 8 minutes by car....the staff are very nice and respectful...the food in the hotel is cheap and the breakfast is wonderful and varied...a hotel worth staying in

Very good hotel with very friendly staff. The room was spacious and very clean. The room amenities are excellent. I got the feeling that I got lots more than the cost of the room. The dining hall is spacious and the variety of food impressive. The charges are less than expected. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety of food items. The location of the hotel is excellent.

it was great value for money - the hotel was so convenient - the rooms were big and the bathroom was amazing as well.

we were there just for a night so the o my thing I can think of was that there was no one to help get the suitcases out of the car or put them in either but they did take them to the room

the pool staff required us “swimming hats” which we didn't know we needed (no one told us before) so we couldn't swim(( Bathroob in the bathroom wasn't clean enough.
