this is the perfect place to relax, and be productive if you need to work. Having 3 pools, tennis courts, a spa as well as unique activities on site such as truffle hunting and wine tasting made this place perfect for people who want to make the most out of their stay! the restaurants for lunch and dinner is so good with many options, as well as a great breakfast buffet included in your stay! the staff was incredible and had so many amazing recommendations to explore the region, this was truly an amazing stay and would recommend it to any of my clients, family and friends, I cant wait to go back one day!

the only thing that could have been better would be to have a fitness center, and the staff did tell me they were going to build one, so that will be exciting when that is ready!

I think I’ll rave about this stay forever. It’s the nicest hotel I have ever experienced. We were upgraded on check-in and received the most incredible room. It truly felt like a dream from start to finish. The staff were consistently warm and gracious, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Breakfast is phenomenal, with complimentary prosecco available if you wish. We had dinner here on two nights, and both meals were absolutely five-star. The spa is beautiful, and we loved spending time in the thermal suites. There are two swimming pools with breathtaking scenic views, which made the whole experience even more relaxing. Everything felt cinematic, as if I had stepped into a movie. My only regret is not booking the entire holiday here. I cannot wait to return.

Having to leave !!

We are already missing this lovely well acquainted villa which is surrounded by complete nature. It is truly a unique and versatile place where rest, relaxation, inspiration and enjoyment are central. A hidden gem which is an ideal place for a luxurious stay out of the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It was very easy to get along to different places along Umbria and nearby towns in Tuscany as well. We really enjoyed the SPA facilities. Great breakfast and dinner at their very own restaurant. Last but not least, the staff are really friendly, helpful and hospitable especially Alessio, Giorgia and Chiara ♥️ Thank you for making it a memorable experience. Arrivederci!

Great location. Staff were amazing, really courteous and helpful. Food was excellent. The rooms were very spacious and very clean. Large and comfortable beds. The maid was meticulous.

Only one criticism was the afternoon of our last day a group of youngsters were quite rowdy and boisterous by the pool and we thought this wasn’t in keeping with the spirit of a spa retreat. I don’t want to blame the youngsters, maybe the hotel owners need to consider who uses the facilities. Other than this it was truly an amazing and memorable weekend stay.

Rooms are really cool vintage styled rooms, super clean and very spacious. The staff is amazing, helped us with everything, including a flat tire we had on a Saturday, probably the best staff I encountered. Breakfast is really good! The spa is really nice and clean. Views from the Spa/Hotel itself are amazing. All in all, very good value and an awesome experience.

A little bit of noise from the restaurant downstairs but that really depends on the other guests.

Firstly, upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendliest gentleman who told us everything we need to know. He also gave recommendations around the local area including Pinacale - probably the nicest village I’ve ever been in! He then took us to our room and again explained everything. He was such a bonus to the beautiful setting. He’s a credit to the hotel. Words cannot describe how amazing this place is. Absolute luxury. The pool was clean, beautiful surroundings and quiet. The breakfast was a vast variety and fresh, we even had a glass of bubbles with it. The spa staff were wonderful and again, nothing felt like it was too much. I have travelled all over the world and this has to be one of my most favourite stays.

The location had spectacular views. Our room was very clean and finished to a high spec. The facilities were great (wellness spa) and the staff were helpful and accommodating when we raised an issue. Great breakfast buffet options.

We struggled to get any bar service between breakfast and lunch hours. Our room was a short walk away from the main house which wasn't the worst but not as convenient. The restaurant food was ok but pretty pricey. I've never paid €12 for an Aperol Spritz in Italy before...

This place was amazing. I’m usually not a repeat customer for hotels but this place definitely makes the list for a come back. The rooms are spacious and updated nicely. All of the staff were so nice and helpful they really make the place feel even more welcoming. I did not eat here due to busy travel dates on my part, only stayed one night. Came for the spa and wasn’t disappointed! So stunning.

the quality of the bed was average. I could feel the divot from previous sleepers but overall it didn't have a big impact on my stay. Bed was still comfortable.

The location was really nice and relaxing, just to enjoy the fresh air and quiet. The room we booked was as specified, clean, with all you need for your stay, slippers, bathrobes, even flip flops for the pool or spa. The inside pool is great too. All in all a good stay.

The staff, although really helpful, seem like sometimes they are overwhelmed with the workload, not that they have much to do anyway, as such the service is slow. The outside pool needs more regular cleaning, the restaurant menu could use some more variety since there aren’t many other options available around, the breakfast menu was a little to unfulfilling since there weren’t that many options to choose from, and no vegetables at all.

The room had a beautiful view, spa was calming and well equipped, restaurant was delicious and ALL of the staff was kind and accommodating.

The only negative, was out of everyone's control. It rained off and on while we were there so we couldn't take advantage of some of the outdoor activites.
