I liked the location even though I thought it would be closer to South Beach. I liked how spacious the apartment was, the view from my balcony was nice and the staff was very helped at check in.

The facilities need a little touching up and TLC. Our room door would not catch without being locked and it was hard to close. The bathroom toilets made a loud noise when flushing and the shower made a loud noise while using it. The water was very slow draining in the bathtub (while taking a shower) and the bathroom sinks. But even with those issues it was a good stay and I would stay again.

Short walk to the beach and pool. Very clean, beautiful and close to restaurants and supermarkets.

Wonderful apartment in a quiet block with everything you need for a holiday - plenty of chairs and towels for the very close by and beautiful beach and a clean and sizable swimming pool. Great coffee shop and convenience store in the building too. Can't wait to come back!

Everything was perfect.

I enjoyed that it was closed to the beach, there was a pool, gym, and store available too. Also a parking garage!

I wasnt aware that there was a 40 dollar fee for bracelets for the property, but I guess it is reasonable.

Location was great for breakfast, went to IHOP, 6min by car. Loads of options for eating if you don't want to cook. Supermarkets are close by and Aventura Mall

Property could possibly do with a lick of paint. Building hallways could do with re-carpeting

It was very clean, had nice comfortable furniture, it was secure and had comfortable beach towels and chairs. please note we didn’t cook so used only the microwave and refrigerator. We just purchased from the mini-mart and cafe. Then, had dinner out as it was a short stay. Also, we went to the beach only as the weather was good and the water was warm in April. Baires grill is a delicious Argentinian steak house with a couple of seafood and pasta dishes as well.

The beach is a short walk across Collins Avenue - there is some parking, but we didn’t use it so I can’t elaborate. And the pool looked good if you prefer to avoid the walk. 2. the terrace overlooks the pool and to the left a causeway. However, it is quiet and a terrace for two.

The room was very clean and and very large. There were 4 TVs with cable. The beds were very comfortable. The owner provided beach equipment including a wagon and beach chairs. The owner had car seats for children provided. The owner was supper responsive via text before, during and after the stay.

The front office charges $10 a bag to have them hold it for you while waiting for your room to be ready. We got there early due to travel arrangements and assumed it would be complimentary for them to hold it. Its been free for all other places I've ever stayed. This threw a big wrench into the first days plans.

Irene our host was wonderful. Communication was great. The Apartment was located in a beautiful location in what is a massive city! We used the pool which was lovely. The apartment has everything you need and was amazingly clean.

We had to pay a $10 resort fee each (adults only) on check-in (basically a management fee for them administering check-in). A little way to park car as the complex is big. But actually you can walk in using a back entrance and therefore it’s quite close by. You have to drive to restaurants/coffee houses. Nothing is walkable in the summer heat!

Owner was giving replies very promptly and is very nice. Location was very good for us. Not too far from Miami or Miami beach. Nice resort and pool. Just few minutes walk to closest beach. Dedicated parking spot (on top of garage) quite close to apartment access. Clean apartment with good accessories, even for beach. Aventura Mall is the nearest mall.

Building itself is not that new anymore. Couple of points where you can see this are bedroom windows and kitchen cabinets. If you are very sensitive to traffic noise you may hear heavy acceleration sounds to bedroom. Access to highway 95 is usually with quite heavy traffic. Elevator closest to apartment and parking is kind of slow, may need to wait for quite long time sometimes. One bedroom without window. Not much restaurants in walking distance.

The bathrooms do not have an air extractor, no extra bags or toilet paper, no detergent for the dish.
