All, except complicated way to order food they privided in the hostel.

"Hungry can't wait". Please make it easier to order foods and drinks. No need to download application and register account with phone number or email etc and scan it, wasting time even only a toast and chai for breakfast. I am in vacation, prefer easier way to enjoy food. I was with Korean tourist laughing in the morning because to many things to do to order breakfast, it is kinda like "show off" a technology but the fact make it complicated. But, if I came to Amritsar again, I would stay in this hostel again because the cleanliness, helpful staff, location and environment.

1. Location is superb 2. Staff is very social and helpful, your managers are very nice. 4. I recognised Seema and sarabjit from my previous trip, both are the same and good. Keep it up this is my favourite place to stay in Amritsar

Today morning, one guest was screaming at the staff, please put a notice 'All guest should speak softly and politely, no matter what is the conflict".

goSTOPS Amritsar was a great location to visit key locations in the city. The room was clean and comfortable. You can join a group taxi to the border ceremony which is well priced and convenient.

After arriving late at night, the online/app check in system was glitchy and the process took a while. I then had to complete pre-check in after checking in. I had a very late night train after checking out and was told I wasn’t able to use common areas after a certain time.

+ Perfect for meeting people + very nice and huge rooftop, perfect to meet new people + good location, everything in walking distance + laundry service + good services + wifi works well even if login process is a bit complicated + veeeeery nice and lovely hotel manager and also all the other staff were very friendly + quite tasty food in the café / restaurant + clean bed + modern Place and in general quite clean + soccer „kicker“ and some games available + free water refill

- bed of a person who left was not cleaned the day after / there were snacks laying around - room and bathroom were not perfectly clean

Overall Environment was great !!! Staff was Nice, Friendly,Caring & Positive Vibes of staff was very encouraging Although they should allow Early Checking but it's ok...they have great Common Room where you can rest till Checkin ... Best Hostel You can expect at such an Unbelievable Price..I stayed total 5 days and I stayed both 8-bed and 12bed ....No issue at all Made Some Good Friends Here...Will Definitely stay here again..Also it's nearby to Golden Temple (Shortcut is available) and Nearest Gurudwara was Baba Deep Singh Gurudwara.

Too much Smoking on Rooftop Daily Drinking in the Night time As Iam not a fan of Drinking So daily was boring... Some days are Ok but Daily is unbearable plus you are in Amritsar..Most People Visit for Shri Harmindar Sahib(Golden Temple ) So Spirituality is key in Amritsar

Room was clean, location very good for Golden Temple. Rooftop communal area was nice.

Needing to pay on another platform rather than via booking.com or at the hostel was annoying. Also having to download their app to use as the room key and for WiFi made everything more difficult and time consuming.

I really like go stops service staff is very friendly & sportive room is very neat and clean specially seema madam in reception she attaend me very nicely i suggest to all if you have any plan to visit Amritsar or anywhere stay there GOSTOPS 👍

Everything is perfect WiFi speed very fast bedsheet clean AC working properly locker 🛅 facility also available everything is perfect 🙂

Everyone very very kind and helpful. The place very clean, rooms ,bed linen and washrooms also very clean. Comfortable beds both in rooms and dormitory.

Unfortunately, the phone on the website it’s not updated. I didn’t have internet on my phone when I got to Amritsar, so the only possiblity was calling. The rickshaw guy got lost around 40 minutes finally someone knew the hostel that’s when we finally got there. But the incident would have been avoided if we had and updated phone to call. I really hope they have already taken care of this. Other than that, everything excellent!

The caretaker madam was very very helpful.....right from suitable accommodation and very useful location tips for first time foodie.....out of the way in timely arranging for the Attari border on August 15 tour with reliable guys..... everything went well .....,..

Pros: - Good Location, around 1.5 kms from Golden Temple - front staff was friendly on face and cooperative

Cons: - waited so long for a private room handover (only 1 cleaning staff and she was slow) - Room was still not clean (half eaten apple was there) - canteen was not operational - issues in bathroom and wasted alot of time as the water coming from taps and shower was super slow - paying 7-8k for 3 nights is expensive when you are staying with so many flaws in hostel.(other people were staying there for only 500INR per day. - you have to pay 50 INR per day extra for car parking (surprisingly it was not included) Advice: Book your room in dormitory and avoid private room
