It was a great experience. I would rate 10/10 for location, food and staff.

Firstly, it needs more focus on cleaning and hygiene especially with the bathroom. Secondly, the entrance door along the staff is not within the health and safety standards. Otherwise overall it's a great choice

We were very well looked after. The staff were very courteous and attended promptly to our requirements. The open terrace on the 4th floor affords a spectacular view of the Amritsar Golden Temple and of the surrounding areas. The person at the reception invited us to go to the fourth floor and enjoy the view.

The restaurant opens only at 9.00 a.m in the morning and hence we were forced to go out and have our breakfast, before proceeding for sightseeing.

The boss and staff are really very good. They able to help if you need any kind of help.The room and washrooom are clean.The hot water is superb. The room is spacious as well. Very near to golden temple. Less than 5 minutes walk. We have stayed here many times and the quality is still there.Highly recommended to couple and family stay.

The rooftop terrace is a private area for the room on the 4th floor; others cannot access it except with permission from the staff.

Very polite & helpful staff. Excellent location, just 20m away from the side entrance to Darbar Sahib.

Bathrooms & wardrobe could be cleaner, but it was still pretty decent. Also, check out time is rather early at 11am.

the staff were very helpful sorting out taxis and suggesting places to eat. They were excellent. the location of the hotel is very very close to the golden temple and walking distance to the partition museum. the beds were a little hard but everything in the bedroom worked, including the wifi.

Very clean, rooms were good, nice hot water, bathrooms were clean, good AC and staff is awesome. Very helpful for every single request. Room service for food and great food. Honestly, I didn’t expect this top notch experience, but was pleasantly surprised with the Sapphire. Definitely recommend to stay over here!!!
